Nice clean quiet hotel. Really near the Palo Duro Canyon so we could visit it from the hotel both in the evening and in the morning.

Departure time was said to be 12:00 when booking but in the hotel we heard it actually is 11:00. While we were having breakfast, cleaning lady had thrown all the pillows , sheet and blanket on the floor so we couldn’ use the bed in the morning🙁And this was hours before departure! There wasn’t any blanket sheets covering the blanket wich never feels clean way to make the bed. At the reseption staff member had bad sounding flu so maybe not a great idea to come to work and give it to others.

The grounds maintenance person was planting gorgeous annuals in front when we arrived! We were greeted by a very personable and hospitable front desk manager. The hotel is fresh, new, up to date, clean and comfortable! I loved the common area with so many seating options and configurations. A wonderful addition was the bar from 5:00 pm-9:00 pm with a personable bartender! We liked the hotel a lot.

The a/c system ran all night and sounded like a wind and rainstorm. We were excited about the breakfast buffet, which had a nice variety, but food prep was under par: French toast sticks too tough to cut with plastic fork; bacon was rubbery and stuck together; oatmeal was watery, scones were dry and crumbly, as were the hard boiled eggs.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was impressed with how connected everything was, even having two EV Charging Stations in the parking lot. We had modern amenities, a sparkling clean shower, and everything seems brand new (maybe it is? LOL) You can buy necessities and snacks in the lobby, there is a bar open from 5-9 each evening, and a good steak house right next door (Texas Rose I think). Full breakfast.

The water pressure in the shower was just adequate.

Very new and clean, I liked the interesting furniture placement…it made the room seem bigger.

We didn’t like the temperature that warmed dramatically during the night. The room temperature was perfect when we went to sleep, and got much warmer as we were sleeping.

I really liked your staff especially Misty(the front desk lady). We were meeting family and when they arrived they asked to be close to us, Misty got them next door! It made our time together so C much more fun! Breakfast was great both days, with lots of choices. Parking not a problem and the pool was great!

The staff that checked us in - she gave answers without researching, and it didn’t seem like she was willing to take initiative to exceed the expectations of anyone’s stay (like your motto/guarantee would suggest).

Very new building, and well furnished! The gym was really nicely equipped and the location perfect to reach the Palo Duro canyon.

It’s not as sound proof, we could hear the TV from other rooms but eventually it went silent.

The staff was very nice. The rooms are very comfortable.

I wasn’t thrilled with the pillows. And the roll down curtain caught before going all the way to the bottom.

The hotel was new, clean, and modern. The lady working the front desk when we checked in went above and beyond to make us comfortable as we ordered pizza and ate it in the lobby. very friendly morning and breakfast staff as well!
