The amenities are amazing, as well as the food offerings. Senor Gaitan, at the reservation desk. He gets things done and is completely empathetic to the guests needs. We went to the front reservation desk 3 times to get our closet door fixed. It was on the third trip that we met Mr. Gaitan and he sent somebody up, I didn’t get his name. He did a very good job even when he had to come back up because he needed another part. He made sure the closet door worked well not just for us, but for future guest as well.

Few minutes from the mall, near the highway, many restaurants and places to visit in the surroundings. The schedule for cleaning was improved as well the quality of work done, feel really well in this stay.

Nothing serious, just a minor inconvenience with the pillows but quantity beat quality

Breakfast was very good with lots of choices; however, some hash browns would've been nice. The checkin & breakfast staff were amazing! Good location for my needs.

The closet sliding doors and the fridge door didn't work well. When I checked in, the AC thermostat didn't work, but was replaced quickly once I figured out the issue (hot).

Pool area is beautiful and open for night swimming. Excellent view of ocean sunrise. Nice restaurants. Breakfast was amazing with loads of delicious options. Location is super close to Multiplaza mall.

Guest services hard to reach and didn't arrive to provide extra coffee packet I requested. Room a bit small, but not a big deal.

A few days after my return home to San Francisco, I sent an email to Booking.com asking for an explanation or clarification of my bill for the 3 days at the hotel, but I never got a reply. This was a disappointment since the hotel billing office could have at least given me the courtesy of a reply. Other than this, our stay at the Grand Sheraton was a pleasure. I've been there many times and would like to return one day, but this lack of a response puts a damper on things.

Well I didn't get the "free breakfast" I reserved 2 rooms - one for myself & one for a friend. We both paid the same amount for our room but she got the "free breakfast" - which they told her about when she checked in. How did she get free breakfast and I didn't??

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities are great. Daily buffet breakfast had many offerings and was delicious. The room was comfortable and a great size. Location was good.

Fast checking and conveniently place to stay over after we attended a wedding in the same hotel. Room was spacious and quite (corner room)

The rooms and the bathrooms. THEY NEED TO BE UPDATED ASAP. Bathroom was to small for the type of room we reserved. The carpet is old same as the furniture.

Staff at checkout were calling one hour prior to checkout to push for early checkout or very punctual ckeckout disturbing my resting time and we were not late for checkout. I found it rude and disrespectful.
