The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice

The bar staff were very poor, very slow, more concerned about cleaning the last batch of glasses than serving customers, the cocktails were some of the worst Ive ever had and the prices were fairly steep. It cost me over $50 to do a small bag of laundry, absolutely over the top prices, just obscene! The pool table was not flat, almost not worth even being there, balls just rolled away from the holes. For the price of staying there, it was not great, despite the best efforts of the staff.

The Hotel is beautiful, exceeded our expectation. Our room had all the comforts. Most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Best breakfast buffet with so much to choose from. The restaurant is top of the line with great food choices. The staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel. We are going to miss our stay at Melia Vin Pearl hotel.

We Loved Everything

Stunning hotel!! It is opulence 100% Our room was huge, clean and so comfortable. The swimming pool area is beautiful. The staff attentive, friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was simply amazing, the choices in food were the best we've seen during our Vietnam holiday - try an omelette. We were only there for a transit visit and it suited all of our needs.

Not a convenient location for walking around, seeing sights and finding local eateries/bars.

I recently had a 6-week business stay at this 5-star hotel and was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by the staff, particularly Phoebe at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff's friendly and professional demeanor made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided help in arranging travel to and from work as well as the airport. Beautiful and clean property. Pool was a standout for our young family. The adults also appreciated the gym and sauna/steam area. Food was always fresh and tasty.

We had some minor problems with our pool side bills. We were a large group and the room numbers were not documented properly at time of orders so the bill became hard to split.

Genuinely fell in love with this hotel and the surrounding views and areas. Not only was the outside of the hotel amazing but so was the inside and most importantly the rooms! The size of my room and the balcony exceeded all my expectations, it was grand and so beautiful. The staff were so accommodating and lovely, I honestly don't have one bad word to say about this place. Highly recommend for anyone travelling to Hai Phong.

Clean, posh, nice, but feels like a ghost palace :)

Super empty and feels grange, we were only people to dine at the restaurant that was huge. But the breakfast was aaaaaaamazing and super full of Germans, guessing some kind of conference. Spa is small but nice bonuses for free. Would be nice if one of the pools would be heated.

Very popular with families so there were lots of small children. The parents allowed them to run around screaming in the corridors. The location may also be an issue. The hotel is in a new part of town that is quite empty.

The hotel was great, perfectly located in the City and the grounds/facilities were great. The breakfast was good, but the services was the best. The staff was always open to helping us have a good stay. I would highly recommend for a family. Also the pool was a welcomed relief on a very hot few days.

the front desk lady who refused to help me to exchange the currency at 5:00PM just because I was already checked out at noon time even I had stayed at the hotel for 2 days already.
