The property is perfect for the area. But the staff is what makes the stay just AMAZING! They are the most patient and accommodating people, so generous and understanding. I will definitely recommend to everyone!

The phones suck at calling out.

For us it was close to family. Easy assess to freeways! Centrally located!

Need to change advertisements!! stayed twice in a month spans and both times was given the excuse that they were remodeling. Was okay with the noise and could understand no breakfast but the lack of microwave in room, broken ice machine on all floors ( second visit) as well as sofa bed bringing left unclean ( sheets from previous tenants left thrown in). I made reservations the second time thinking that renovation would be completed . it seem as though instead of improving things are getting worse. At least first stay we had great customer service but the second time around some of the staff the blew the guest off!

Laid-back, centrally located, friendly desk staff; airy rooms, pool was mostly open. I observed the manager doing quality checks. The housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating.

One ice machine

staff was great, room was clean and nice, breakfast was adequate.

my particular mattress was saggy in the middle, making it hard to sleep. other guests traveling with me had no complaints.

I didn't like they wait until I get back to want to clean the room. They should have come while I was gone. So I had a dirty room for 3 days

The staff on all shifts was awesome.

The elevator was a bit sketchy but I'm claustrophobic and confined area will feel off.lol

The staff was exceptionally nice. The room was clean and very spacious. Great value!!!

There was an oily spray on the bathroom floor that caused me to slip when I stepped in. I easily cleaned it up with a hand towel. There were no grippers in the bathtub. It was super slippery in there. No breakfast was served due to Covid. But there could have at least been to-go bags offered to guests with maybe a banana and/or a breakfast bar or muffin.

Eric and the gentleman in the front was so kind and very friendly. I have recommended this hotel to everyone i know. including my local friends just to get away for the night. its close and private for just a night cap with the girls or a romantic staycation!!

no wardrobe

I was told that breakfast that I could have breakfast but there was no breakfast available. Breakfast was part of my package for the room. You need to upgrade your TVs. You have an old fashioned TVs. Improve your TVs please!! Replace all of them with new or modern TVs
