Staff were so friendly and attentive. Location was perfect for shopping. Rooms were large and bed was comfortable. Close to Baiyoke sky tower, we went for dinner, fantastic views.

The only thing that let's the Indra down was the breakfast....in the past we have stayed here and they had an excellent buffet breakfast....that's what I thought we were booking....instead you get a plate of cold rubbery eggs...dry cold toast a slice of ham and a cold sausage...a brown banana .coffee and tea are NOT included in the 230bt breakfast....the staff were kind and helpful. It's not their fault!!! But Indra this is not really good enough. We had to pay another 160bt for tea and coffee. This would put me off staying.

The location is great and the room is very spacious and clean. The swimming pool is fantastic. All the staff that's been there for many years make you feel welcome and it feels like home away from home. They will always go the extra mile and are very friendly.

The new addition person to the reception was not very friendly and had lots of issues to assist us. The 2 older ladies were great and very helpful. This is the second time I had some attitude from this person, and this did spoil the atmosphere and experience for sure.

I am probably one of the most veteran customers of the Indra Regent (38 years - over 150 stays). I have a lot of sympathy to the place. The rooms are large and comfortable. The location is excelent. The swimming pool is very nice.

This hotel lost its glogy. The loby is dark, There are almost no staff. From one of Bangkok's leading hotels it became a "good Lodge" but nothing more. Over the years services and facilities were reduced. No wonder there are almost no customers. make me sad to see this.

I was very sad they did not still have their buffet breakfast....it was a feature of other stays I have had. I hope it returns. The staff were lovely. The entrance to the hotel now lacks soul. It's empty and uninviting

We recently stayed at Indra Regent Hotel for 5 nights and had a very comfortable experience. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the positive experience. We appreciated the excellent service and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a pleasant stay.

Although the breakfast was good, I think to have a bit different food on the menu would be nice, maybe change it a bit, one day there could be bacon, the other day sausages, different fruit etc.

A lady named Geswimon Naku went out of her way to assist me in tracking a lost piece of luggage that was still in Hong Kong. She spoke to Thai Airlines, tracked it down and arranged for it to be delivered to my next destination. Fantastic service! Thanks, a million Me Naku!!!

We each received one towel per day. An extra towel would have been handy.
