Helpful staff. Good meal in the restaurant, even though we arrived just before the kitchen closed.

I found two charges for our dinner in the restaurant on our credit card - one from the restaurant where we did pay with the card; another added, presumably by hotel reception who presumably had also received it from the restaurant. I reported this to the credit card company since we had left the hotel by the time I discovered the duplication. The second charge was withdrawn by the next day from my CC account.

Lovely traditional hotel in the centre of St Omer a short drive from Calais so perfect for an overnight stop. Very reasonably priced parking a short walk from the hotel. Everything was excellent- fully equipped bedroom with comfortable bed and quality bedding. Breakfast was 10€ per person but is exceptional value- great coffee and excellent quality. In addition to this, this is a hotel restaurant. We ate at the restaurant and can highly recommend it. We sat outside overlooking the square and it was perfect- a good menu, reasonably priced and excellent quality. The staff were friendly and very patient!

Our bedroom was clean, comfortable and fully equipped but we would have preferred a room where we could look out of the windows! Our windows were too high, presumably because we were on a top floor.

The location, rooms and staff were great. We had the buffet breakfast which was excellent with a lot of choice. Parking (free for 45 minutes) immediately outside to allow drop off of bags and longer term paid parking available within 75m of hotel (3 hours parking cost 3 euro, free overnight). Despite the late check in time given on Booking.com, we contacted the hotel and they allowed us to check in early afternoon. Would recommend if you want a hotel close to the centre but also quiet overnight.

We enjoyed our stay in this centrally located hotel - Thank you. We really appreciated the secure parking for our motorbike, and the owner was extremely helpful in making sure this was easy to find. The bed was lovely, the room fine, and we had a lovely breakfast in the bar area.

The shower cubicle in our room really needed a good scrub! The rest of the room was clean and tidy.

Good location near to many places to eat. Very friendly staff. Good comms on the day of arrival via phone messages.

The room didn’t feel particularly clean as there was a musty smell. The carpet in the room was pretty horrible. Completely worn. Bar / restaurant was closed at 9pm.

Good location with public parking across the road which was safe and free between 6pm and 8am and only a euro per hour if you were there outside those times. The owner was very nice and attentive. Comfortable bed and clean room, quiet at night. Nice breakfast. It was a fairly last minute booking and there was a large group also staying, so maybe our room on the top floor wasn't a good example and rooms are better on the floor below. We would stay there again if we could get a better room.

Our room was spacious but as it was on the top floor with two sloping walls, if you weren't careful you could bash your head. In the bedroom there was only a small dormer window with a poorly fitted curtain which didn't block out the light at night. In the bathroom because of the sloping ceiling, you couldn't stand up in the bath to shower and had to be careful how you got out!

Excellent location and lovely friendly staff. Delightful owner.

Checking in time quite late at 17.30. Space inside quite tight as I walk with a crutch.

Great location, parking was easy to find (car park less than 1 mins walk) friendly staff, comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast. We were only passing through St Omer but would happily spend a few days on a future trip.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and in an excellent location. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel's central location meant all the main points of interest were walkable. Good parking very close to the hotel.

Excellent overnight stop on route! Very helpful at reception after i mistakenly put in wrong date and very willingly allowed us to change and stay same evening! Location is excellent with free overnight parking just outside! Will definitely stsy next time we’re passing thro!
