The structure, the restaurants options, the staff and the pool

The location, this was such a problem. We also didn’t know that Ubers weren’t allowed in the property so it was a hassle to get transport.

Amazing design to the resort and all the staff were excellent from arrival. Interior of the room is well designed and spacious, beautiful bathrooms. So relaxing and beautiful for any occasion!

Vegan options EXTREMELY limited during the day by the pool. No jacuzzi's working other than at the spa. Wine was ridculously overpriced (including Mexican wine) and the resort sells day passes to guests at the Hard Rock, which means a lack of exclusivity.

Great quiet friends getaway. Gorgeous hotel and well maintained. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Could use professional trained mixologist at beach bars. All meals at restaurants were amazing. Fresh seafood everywhere. Cafe bar in lobby had amazing iced dirty chai lattes. Free in-room coffee via pods using the Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Room service delivery cream very quickly on request. Nobu restaurant was excellent with amazing views and great food/drinks. As always, Nobu restaurant never disappoint. Recommend making reservations at Nobu in advance, even in low season main Nobu restaurant is always packed but staff was able to accommodate as hotel guest. But book in advance for outdoor seating. So gorgeous during sunset. Fabulous rooms with view in ocean view room. Had a lovely stay. Highly recommend!

Could use trained mixologist at beach bars.

Amazing hotel, truly beautiful design and facilities. Everything was premium and of very high quality. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The pools are lovely and was worried about coming to this resort with two young kids (toddler and a baby) but it was totally fine, welcoming and the kids loved it. There were also a few other families around - generally a good variety of different types of people; couples, groups, families etc.

The food is very expensive. Wish there was some evening entertainment like a band or something to create more of a vibe in the evenings/ night.

I appreciated the clean, modern, and sleek aesthetic of Nobu Resort Los Cabos, which aligns well with my love for minimalist design. The resort's use of natural materials, neutral colors, and simple yet elegant lines provided a calming and sophisticated atmosphere, making it a perfect fit for my design preferences.

During my stay at Nobu Resort Los Cabos, I had a rental car, but the location was so far from everything that it caused a lot of issues with my scheduling. The distance made it harder to plan activities or explore the area, and the time spent driving took away from the overall experience. It also felt like things were constantly getting messed up because of how far everything was, making it frustrating to enjoy my time there.

The property is expansive - there are a lot of dining options, and stores on the property since it’s about 30 minutes away from downtown Cabo. The room we booked had a private pool which overlooked the main pool. It was a beautiful room; they cleaned twice and day. It was comfortable, and they were more than happy to bring us ice and any room service we needed.

The restaurant at the residences wasn’t good at all. There were too many attempts at pushing the time shares on us; it didn’t take away from the beauty of the property, it was just a little annoying. Ubers are not allowed onto the property to take you into the city, which means around US$45 one way.

OVERALL 5STARS i loved everything about my stay

OVERALL 5STARS THE ONLY caveat is the mini Far prices are ridiculous - I mean $5 for a Coke, $10 for a bag of chips. Other than that my stay was impeccable

Rooms were spacious, great pools and best of all the Nobu restaurant.

People trying to sell me a timeshare. Every single day we were approached about the ‘residences’…we were sick off it. We barely sat down to check-in before we were getting the timeshare pitch. Lowers the tone of the whole place. When you are told no on day one…don’t pester me for the next 6. Also fireworks…love the fact that people celebrate weddings here but it feels like living in a war zone with explosions at 10.45 in the evening with no warning. no great for young families that don’t have a sound machine.

Beautiful property, great food, attentive staff. The namesake Nobu restaurant lives up to the hype. The architecture is striking with various spaces to relax or socialize with your group. M Bar at the residences offers a great after dinner spot for drinks.

Far from Cabo town, inability to swim in ocean, limited nightlife, some prices were far higher than typical luxury resorts. We were also a bit put off by check in which was extremely slow and included a sales pitch to tour their residences property. Not a great first impression! Some of our friends waited over an hour to be checked in and then again for their luggage to be brought to their room. It’d be better to simply say rooms aren’t ready for early check in and allow people access to their bags to change and wait happily with cocktail in hand by the pool.

Facility is amazing despite the location being a bit out of the town but it has all what you need and I think its the best of the recent hotels

My personal concierge was the best, Rigo did an excellent job honestly. But the front desk supervisor wasn’t the best, I had an issue the first day and she wasn’t the right person to handle it. Hospitality has to be handled very carefully and she did not do the right thing. It was my honeymoon and a full day has passed by with nothing but staying in the room due to the frustration they have caused.
