All not too bad

Breakfast was a bit boring unless I wanted to pay. Maybe the hot stuff could be mixed up more for the buffet guests. I think tea/ coffee machine should be available only because some mornings the coffee was like tar. Maybe a small selection of juices available as well. Table service should maybe left to the paying guest and buffet form non extra payment. Liked the smoothies but only available if you were early on certain days.

it was clean comfortable and located very close to both airport and cruise port. the pool area is very nice.

Breakfast was good and plentiful once they kept the buffet refilled. Pool area was good as were the snacks there. Easy accessibility to restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get to the port with transportation quick and reasonably priced

Check in was a little confusing with staff more attentive to each other than the customer

Elevators sucked Breakfast mediocre & was charged when supposed to be included (had to bring it to the attention of Customer Service to get the $55 removed!). Then We were charged $9.56 on my credit with no explanation - saw it after checkout! What the heck?!? How do I dispute now?

A very nice hotel, great location, helpful staff, clean, large room with comfortable beds & view of the area. Nice because it was set back from some of the other hotels in the area and even though it has its own restaurant there were other choices available within easy walking distance. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location for cruise port. Staff were very helpful and bar/restaurant area by pool was very good with friendly staff. Made for a nice relaxing start to our trip.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. First day food was cold and second day buffet wasn’t open so had to order off the menu which was slow but food was hotter.

The hotel is lovely staff friendly and within walking distance to some shops & restaurants , pool was lovely and outdoor surroundings, would definitely stay here again, breakfast was plentiful

The only thing was they took payment twice off 2 different credit cards which restricted us on what we could spend on our cruise 😞 took till after our cruise to go back on our card

We like the hotel location to the cruise port. We also enjoyed the food choices near the hotel. The Boatyard is an upscale restaurant, but you have Chipotle and Einstein bagels nearby.

There were no dinner options in the hotel. Elevators are being repaired, and the wait is longer than usual. No issue, just information: $30 self-parking fee and $35 valet parking fee.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar staff on the other hand were not we ordered a drink and were told that the bar was closing and could only have the one drink which was fine, accept for the fact that the barman continued to serve drink to a table just across from us and was still serving them when we left the bar.
