The room is comfortable, the staff is helpful and the breakfast is very good and has a nice view from where it is served. They have an indoor pool but I was the only one using it that day, I don't think it is often used by guests. The street where the hotel is located has a lively nightlife with many restaurant and coffee shop options. There are not many tourist attractions close to the hotel but the city itself is not very touristy.

I had some problems with the internet, I thought it was my VPN but even after deactivating it, the internet sometimes didn't work.

Our room was spacious and the location was perfect for us (near Yarmouk University). Staff were very responsive to requests and eager to please. The maitre d' in the restaurant was exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had to check-out a day early and the hotel refunded our last night. Although we did not use it, there is a swimming pool and sauna in the hotel.

The hotel facility is aging a bit and an update on the bathrooms would be a good idea. It was great that there was a kitchenette but there were no dishes or microwave so it was not that helpful for travelers.

I felt undisturbed during my stay, which was perfect for someone who values privacy like myself. The staff respected my space and did not intrude or engage in unnecessary chatter.

The Location is very good, lively, friendly and central in the city. all staff were very nice and helpfull. it was clean and good served.
