The hotel appears clean, the beds are comfortable, it was quiet and easy to relax for a night.

The whole building smelled like weed, the tub in my room wouldn't fill because of a broken drain and i wasnt offered a different room when i reported it to the desk and the desk staff were rude, unprofessional and downright lazy. Night shift disappointed me with the tub situation but the morning staff was worse. One was laying on the couch watching tv and didn't even bother getting up and the other was walking away as I stepped up to the desk to check out and didn't come back, I had to leave the keys on the desk and leave.

Nice and clean

I pd in full beforehand on PayPal. They wanted a credit card to have on file, AND THEN on 4/5, THEY CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD and came out of my account!!!!! I called, they didn't seem to really care, so they said they were depositing the money back but would take 3-5 days. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, as I figured paying in advance, would be a great idea. Guess it wasn't. Everything was great, but I won't stay there again.

Check in was easy.

I had my dog in a crate so house keeping could come in. They heard him rumbling in the cage and decided not to come in and clean or not even attempt to give us a call and make sure it was ok to come in and clean. We wouldn’t leave our dog out of the cage knowing that housekeeping needed to come in and clean. Instead of coming back and clean they gave us trash bags and towels to do it our self so our bed don’t get made or anything and we had to pull our own trash.

The rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. The staff were very friendly and provided anything that I needed. They were very accommodating when I asked for extra items for my room.

Honestly, the breakfast was the worst that I have ever had at a LaQuinta. Very little to offer and the taste was less than mediocre. The first night checking in the hallways had this heavy smell. It wasn’t that bad by the morning time though.

The room was clean and spacious. Easy check in. Comfortable king size bed. Convenient location near the highway.

We left too early for breakfast, it would have been nice to have the option of something to eat on the go for early travelers. The room across the hall had a dog barking most of the evening, ended up notifying the front desk and stuffing extra pillows under the door in an effort to muffle the barking. There should be areas specifically for people with pets. My wife has allergies and we specifically asked for a non pet room for this reason. The room phone kept on emitting a dial tone several times even while hung up. Ended up unplugging it. Dead end side street right next door has a pile of trash.

The location to all needed sources. The location was quiet without a lot of people moving all night. The desk service was over the moon, every time I asked for something or places to go they helped me.

The facility was nice. Looked like everything was new and unkept. Happy with our stay all around. Only thing we didn’t like was breakfast in the morning.

Breakfast was sub par. Could have had better quality options available. Breakfast was really the only thing that didn’t match the rest of the hotel. Everything else was really nice and met expectations.

Surpassed my expectations

The barking disrespect at 615 AM on my last day. I went to cuss the owner out that ruined my last night of sleep before a long travel journey. Who ever stayed on 2nd floor near 205 should be ashamed of their untrained disrespectful barking dog.

The pool was heated.

The rooms need to be updated. I didn't bring my phone charger, so I couldn't plug in my USB cord. The breakfast wasn't good. They needed more of a variety. They only gave us 2 towels.We had 4 ppl in the room. It also needed a sofa bed, not just a regular sofa. The water system was slow coming out of the faucet.

The staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is clean and quiet. The breakfast is great. There is something for everyone. This is my choice hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel.
