I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! Here are some highlights: - The cleanliness is absolutely top-tier – everything was spotless and perfect! - The corridors smelled really nice, giving a fresh and welcoming vibe. - The hotel doesn't have a traditional lobby or receptionist as it is located in a shoplot, but check-in was smooth via a passcode provided beforehand. - The facilities are great – they provide toiletries, towels, a hairdryer, and even a water dispenser on each floor. - The room size was just right – not too small, not too big. - The room layout was well-organized, making the space feel comfortable and functional. - There is Wi-Fi available, but the connection tends to slow down when there are many guests. (I used Hotlink and didn’t have signal in the room.) - Plenty of parking is available, including free parking near TF Mart. - The location is quite convenient – PD Waterfront is about a 5-minute walk away, and there's even the viral Zus Coffee nearby with an amazing view. - It’s close to the sea, though the nearby beach isn't suitable for swimming. For a swim-friendly beach, you can drive about 5 minutes to the beach near Seri Malaysia Hotel. - There are several fast food options nearby (some are within walking distance), including Pizza Hut, Zus Coffee, llaollao, McDonald's, A&W, and more. - I don't know this is a complimentary or what, but we need to take off our shoes at the stairs and put our shoes there in the shoe rack. I feel like the vibe at tuition centre. HAHAHA

- Since the hotel is located in a shoplot, there’s no lift, which makes it less suitable for elderly guests or people with disabilities. - The room doesn't seem to be soundproof – I could hear noises coming from the corridor, which might be disturbing for light sleepers. - As mentioned earlier, the Wi-Fi can be quite slow when there are many guests using it at the same time.

I am often in PD for work and have stayed at many hotels in this area including the most expensive ones. I’m glad I found this little nest. My choice hotel in PD now. Although basic, they got it right. The room and bathroom are clean, bedding is very comfortable with clean white sheets and good quality quilt (heat doesn’t get trapped). Clean and soft towels, a rack to hang clothes (important), switch for warm and white lights, plug points on both sides of the bed. A shower screen would be perfect more table surface or a shelf to place stuff would be great. Other than that this is really quite a perfect basic place to rest after a long day. Pros: - Room and bathroom are sizeable (unlike other similar type of hotels). So spacious - Bed is very clean and very comfortable - Shower pressure is good and water is warm (if you want it hotter, turn off the pump) - Entire floor doesn’t allow shoes (shoes are left outside the entrance on each floor or brought into the room) - Water dispenser for hot and normal temperature water available on each floor - AC works well - White light & warm light switches in room - Housekeeping staff are really helpful and friendly - Customer service staff on what’s app was very friendly, professional and helpful. You can ask anything at any time and get a response pretty soon - Ample parking spaces around - Stone’s throw from PD Waterfront with a 7-11, Llao Llao, Zus Coffee, Maybank, and some restaurants and bars

Clean and simple Japanese aesthetic. I love how you can direct check in without going through complication of front desk... Clear instructions given through WhatsApp. Felt safe staying there... Many shops around near PD Waterfront. My second time staying here ✨

Not many amenities like usual hotels (no cups, no hot water kettle, no cabinets). Water dispenser outside the walkway area but not an issue.... Headsup if you're looking for something simple to stay, this is your place! Honestly will book in future.

The room was good and a/c worked well, hot water in shower was good and bed was comfy. Good location for a one night stop before the ferry.

we had brought packed lunch with us for the next day ferry and there was no fridge in the room so we asked the staff if they had one for us to keep it in and they said no. Strange for the whole accommodation not to have a fridge but maybe could get one as a suggestion

The location is near to food outlets, mallls and lots of night activities

The sharp edges from the bed's flat form may lead to injuries of the guest

1. Very easy check-in and check-out process. 2. The room is clean 3. Lighting on point; got TV connected to the Wifi, and can watch Youtube, Prime Video, iQiYi etc. 4. Every level the design, the floor all beautiful and comfortable. Feeling like at home. 5. Got hair dryer.

I just would like to give a recommendation, maybe in the future can provide an iron for every room. But yesterday, I brought my own iron.

The room was really new and clean. The room also had places to hang the clothes which is brilliant.

They could have provided with cabinets or any furniture to place the things. Also on the first day we found 2 cockroaches which was abit uncomfortable. Also during the day time there was construction going on which was very noisy. We was not able to have our evening nap.

Spacious room. Everything was well maintained and very clean. Hair dryer was provided. Hot and cold water dispensers were located in the common areas. Staff were friendly. Self check in and check out was convenient and communication from the host was clear and precise. Location of property is within walking distance to eateries and convenient shops. Parking is free too when you park in the square.

No lift access so it was inconvenient to lug the things upstairs. There was no fridge available. Pillow was slightly too high for my liking.

The place is super clean.Staff friendly and quite efficient.Comfy beds and clean bedding. The security was great,very good.The room was good.Location is good and convenient just needed a few minutes walk to witness the sunset.It was quiet and serene.No interruptions.Music was calming and relaxing.Free cold/hot water in the lobby.

We needed a fridge to cool one bottle of champagne, we asked if they could just assist in that regard but they could not.I think a bar fridge in the common room/passage would be handy just for one or two items.They may put tags/labels for identification...just a suggestion

Bed is comfortable and generally clean. We basically just need the room for shower and sleep.

Overall is clean but this round the floor felt slightly dusty. The room walls are thin so basically really depends on your luck when other guests are considerable to keep the noise down too. (It’s acceptable for us considering the reasonable hotel rate)
