Sea view from the room, quiet.

Definitelly not a 4* hotel! The bathroom wasn’t cleaned as it should be a hotel room. The toilet, the shower….everything was full of limescale. I asked the lady from reception to ask the cleanning personnel to insist on better cleanning….no result!

The positioning is fabulous, next to the Queen Mary's summer residency, in a very quiet corner. I liked the proximity of the sea and the sunbeds offered by the hotel, the room size ( we stayed in a studio) and the nice long promenade which stretches from Balchik to Albena. The breakfast included in the price of the room is varied and fresh. Altogether the hotel is very nice and despite the punctual minuses listed, we would recommend it for the quietness and the thalassotherapy.

I didn't like the walk in shower, as the water can go in all the bathroom, the TP holder was hanging, the garden windows not properly cleaned, the bed frame with stains.

Location - rooms with sea view, clean, silence, good coffee, Spa services- good massage & face tratments, young staff with genuine smiles, restaurant manager attentive to customers and smiling. I appreciated the collaboration with the beach near the castle. With a ticket from the reception you benefit from a deckchair and an umbrella at Delano beach. Thank you! We will happily return and recommend you.

Compared to previous years, I appreciated the organization of the breakfast buffet, but I would recommend using larger plates, the plates are small, as for serving dessert. More care given to the green space and plants (the oleanders in front of the hotel were full of fleas, they can be treated with special solutions).

Change please the location on Waze, it is wrong. Guys, try to use maybe Nomad Beach, or Cossara villa

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked very much the proximity (less than 10 m) of the hotel with the seashore (the sea was absolutely gorgeous during our stay) and the possibility to have long walks along the line of seashore one the one hand (recently build concrete road towards Albena, not yet the acces of the cars), and the nice smelling vegetation, with birds sounds and 20-40 m heigh of cliffs on the other hand. The dinner was really excellent for both days we eat it here. Very tasty all dishes we ordered, and professional and aesthetic presentation. The vegetables, cheese and fish were local and good quality. The price is fair for the quality and quantity of the food on the plate. Very good homemade bread for one breakfast. Are a direct relation between the numbers of tourists and type of breakfast, but the staff are very kind and offer us different alternatives if we had different preferences. The very big (+) of the property was for us the Spa & Wellness facilities (including very professional massage-therapy following different technics (I think are over 15 types), including use of essential oils, warm Himalaya salt stones, crystals or Ayurvedic herbs, nut also typical Thay massage and other manually technics for relaxing, fortification, anticellulite so on.). We had "very good time" with the fish spa procedure and unexpected detox spa, both of them on the feet. Are also gym, salt room, pool, etc.

The shower system in the bathroom. There is no shower cabin, just open space and water evacuation in the floor, under the toilet. The stone from bath was wonderful and adherent (no slippering), but 1) it has no control of the water direction to remain dry all the things; 2) humidity on the floor remains many hours if not summer weather is (for us was end of April). Beside this, there are no hooks to hang towels / clothes / bathrobe on (just a towel bar). The coffee machine is not the best one possible, and maybe they have to change also the coffee expected for a 4* hotel. But it seems the hotel has recently changed the owner and the transformation and increasing of facilities are ongoing.

The location is perfect! Right by the sea, the staff memebers (from spa to reception to everyone in the restaurant) where so kind and helpful. Made our stay with a baby very cozy. The room was very beautiful with wide balcony to see the sea. The pool was warm, perfect for a bath. The food at the restaurant was delicious! Because of the location, right on the sea promenade but towards an ending, you are in a quiet place, and can take a wonderful walk by the sea, to get to the restaurants, shops and other attractions. Also you can enter the Castle museum area from nearby. This was our 2 year anniversary and we will probably come back for the next ones too! Loved it!!!

Rooms are good size, clean and comfortable. Ours had large balconies. The staff was very nice. This hotel is located directly by the sea and very close to Regina Maria’s “Castle” and the gardens. The views are great. This is the best choice if you cannot walk long or do not want to drive to the aforementioned attractions. There are a couple of cafes nearby and a nice restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea (though overpriced). Reaching the hotel can be a bit challenging if you rely on navigation apps, especially since there are road works ongoing. However, there are reliable signs on the streets. Once you go down the narrow road reaching the beach, pass by the car parking and follow to the right untill you see the hotel. There you can park on the side of the narrow road, if there are enough free spaces available.

As mentioned by other reviewers, the sinks in the bathroom are tilted and not fit well, thus water tends to overflow. A similar issue affects the showers. The glass screens are not wide enough and water floods the bathroom floor. Breakfast was not impressive.

- The staff was the best :))) - The breakfast was continental and it had a decent variety of food, although not huge by any means. - The location was excellent for us, but it might be less so if one wants to explore nearby without a car or wants to go to the beach most of the time. Scuba divers might appreciate it, but I don't know... - The room was decorated in a nice way.

- In one of the rooms (we were a small party of a few people) there were some small repairs that could be done - the toilet paper handing thing was somewhat broken, for example.

The staff were really helpful with arranging transport to and from the airport, the rooms themselves are fairly spacious and very clean and comfortable. The view of the sea is pretty much unbearable and you've got plenty of shops, bars etc just a short walk away. Breakfast has a decent range of options and was plenty enough for us.

We didn't have any real issues at all. The one thing to watch out for is that the shower in the room only has a panel at the front half with no screen or door. This means it is pretty easy to flood the bathroom while showering, so make sure to keep towels and things on the counter while you're using it.

The bathroom door was made of glass and it was like it wasn’t there in terms of soundproofing. Everything you did in the bathroom could be heard from the room. Also neither the windows were the best in terms of soundproofing. Another thing I didn’t like was the sink. It was modern and it looked great but it wasn’t the most practical one. Those are not such great problems tbh, I just wrote them here for the management to take in consideration for improvements and to argue why I gave a 9 instead of a 10.
