Very friendly and helpful staff, they took great care of their guests. The location was great, there were two nice restaurants nearby and Syvota town is 10 mins way by car. The room had a big balcony with a sea view. The beach was a few steps away from the property; however, there were other beaches nearby if you would want to explore more. There was a pool as well and the water was very clean.

Everything was perfect, from the welcome, to the facilities, cleanliness and overall experience. It is a short walk from 3 beaches, and a 5 minute drive to Syvota, so you can have your peace and quiet at the property, while still not be too far from the city. The owners are very caring, you can see they put love into it.

First of all hospitality of the owners(thank you so much for everything), location of the resort(three beaches near the resort), clean and comfortable suite, amazing view of the sea from the terrace (especially the sunset :) ) We will be back there for sure!!!

Then resort was amazing...very well structured and organized, clean, with calm atmosphere and in an excellent location within Nature, accessing seafront and mountain views the hospitality of the hostess was incomparable Definitely a recommendation for relaxing holidays for a family with kids

The place is very clean, very well equipped, very close to 2 beaches (and a third one, but that one is not that easily reachable). The pool is really nice and the whole leisure area. It could really benefit if it would offer a more diverse breakfast and/ or other meals.

That they make Aperol Spritz with wine, not prosecco. :-)

The apartment was spacious and clean. With two balconies and amazing views. It does have all the necessary kitchen utilities, too. The location was great, very close to the beach and a very nice pool. The staff is very kind and welcoming.

We had a really wonderful time @ 3Aktes! Been there with the family and other friends - lovely place and a friendly host, very clean, no breakfast or any other meal included. Plenty of beaches & tavernas to visit in the area. Internet connection is quite slow in the area (so not just at 3Aktes). There are three beaches nearby/within walking distance (we were told that "3 aktes" means "3 coasts/beaches", thus the name) and two tavernas (that we could find easily). No shops nearby (or at least we couldn't find any) so one must drive 5..10 minutes to Syvota nearby. There are a lot of beaches/tavernas that can be reached by car (5..30 minutes drive time). We usually looked for reviews on Google maps before choosing to visit one or the other (because opinions may be different sometime).

Internet speed is usually slow in the area.

Awesome! The view was nice - I was able to see 90% of the sea from our terrace. The studio is spacious and has basic equipment - enough to prepare some coffee, sandwiches, have a glass of wine or ouzo. It was very, very clean - everything: the rooms, the common areas, the pool, the parking. Everything was shiny. Upon leaving we got a 0.500l bottle of olive oil as a present to-go, which was really nice - small touches matter. Staff was very polite and accommodating to our requests. I definitely recommend the place!

The rooms are not soundproofed. In general, unless you have very quiet neighbors, you'll hear all the noise around you. The terraces are very close to one another, so it's unavoidable. People that can easily sleep with noise around won't bother (: The housekeeper was so tidy that sometimes I had to look for where our stuff was repositioned. Probably s/he thinks is doing this for good, but I'd recommend not to touch and move personal belongings. Nothing disappeared though.

Location is great, just 4 minutes walking from the beach Agia Paraskevi that was amazing. The swimming pool had a great view to the sea. Ioanna was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was big and very comfy.
