Practical, clean, very good bed and linen, good safe parking, space to relax in the public area and outside. Perfect location for travellers. Although there was no restaurant, very close by was this delightful pizzaria recommended by the hotel. Not just pizzas but all good Italian food : www.pizzerialasicilia.de

No facilities for making tea or coffee in the room not good for when you would like a tea first thing when you wake up in the morning. Restaurant closed due to lack of staff. All I could offer was a pizza which would be cooked from frozen.

Clean modern setting, friendly staff , good checkout times . Breakfast looked comprehensive. Pretty outside seating area with garden . Modern Decor and facilities.

Was slightly noisy in the night with the windows open for ventilation.

the grounds around the hotel was not very attractive. I think a professional landscaper could give you suggestions about making the water area more attractive (water plants). also getting from the train station to your hotel was not very clear as you got off the train. Maybe some suggestions on your website and/or signs at the station to direct you to the hotel.

I was traveling for work and needed to be close to the highway, which was perfect.

A little more ambience in the room, but for one night that was totally fine

When we arrived, we asked if there was a nearby convenient place for a meal, The staff ( an Italian chef suggested he could make us a steak meal. The salad starter and steak were great. reception staff and room, and breakfast also 1st class.

Location was perfect while driving through Germany. Price was reasonable and matched my expectations vs quality.

The attention at the reception by Alba Rodriguez. She was very kind and very capable. The location of the Hotel is very practical, enough parking spaces and a reception that is 24/7 open.

The room in which I stayed looks already outdated. The headrest of the bed has strong used marks. The windows are also already quite old.

Clean ,friendly,free parking,good location,was used as a stop over from drive from Amsterdam ferry to Thale .
