A comfortable hotel not far from the old town. Receptionist was welcoming, quick and casualy helped us with everything we needed. Rooms are cozy and the whole hotel up to date in architecturaly cool and interesting neighborhood. There is a ok grocery store near by, the muse museum, underground car parking, closable underground bike garage. Everything what one could and should expect from 4* chain hotel including up to date maintenance and cleanliness. Nothing more and nothing missing.

Somhow we didn't get quite friendly with the eco friendly air conditioning as it was far too hot in the room during the mid summer. Probably fixable with a ventilator but then the whole eco concept wouldn't make really much sense.

All in all a good stay for a night or two. Location is good, hence there is some walk to the centre of town (about 20 mins). Room is very clean and quiet! Staff is friendly an helpful. I would rate this as a standard "business-hotel", no bells & whistles! For our stay I found it slightly overpriced probably due to some events going on in town. When visiting Trento again I definitely would consider staying there again!

Haven't been for breakfast, so can't say anything about it. If you're hungry, the € 14 they charge for the breakfast may be OK. If you just need a coffee and a croissant, there are many places around the hotel giving you such an option!

I love this hotel. The decor is really good upon arrival and the staff are so friendly. The rooms are really fresh and clean. Great showers and beds! It's very near a Conad supermarket which is very handy and also Lealbere park. I personally love the location. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic as well. One of the best you'll get.

For some it may be a little far from the train station.

The bed was the absolute highlight. It was enormous! Not just wide, but incredibly long too. It felt like sprawling out in a cloud. Whether you're a solo sleeper or love to cuddle up with a partner, this bed had more than enough space for a truly comfortable night's rest.

One small downside to note was the late check-in time. The room wasn't available until 3 pm, which could be inconvenient depending on your arrival time. As long as I was on a tight schedule, late check-in was a drawback.

-not bad location , walking distance to the old center ( but fare to say , city os pretty small as well) -nice lobby and bar -good brekfast , options for gluten free and vegan is a plus, both hot and cold dishes offered -big park next to the hotel (we were with dog so we liked it )

-room was not cleaned properly, dust everywhere , dirty mugs with fingerprints, stains and rust in the toilet. Under the bed was never cleaned i guess (our small dog sneaked under the bed and went out all covered with dust and spider net) -not comfortable bed, too soft , you move slightly and all bed starts moving, + older matrass and you can feel metallic spiralling inside because it poking you in the ribs all the time

Very convenient location for an overmight stoposver when you drive to Italy by car: not only the hotel itself (room size is worth separate mention though), but the whole area around is super nice to spend time in: restaurants, cafeterias, gigant loan with bicycle.lanes and kids playground.

Drivers learn in advance how to reach an entrance to underground parking garage; have seen more than one guest car driving into pedestrian only area 😑

The room was excellent, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. However, the bathroom could use some maintenance; for example, the shower was leaking water onto the floor. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the breakfast was satisfactory.

The elevator to the garage exhibited erratic behavior, which was inconvenient and requires attention.

The rooms were spacious, the breakfast had excellent options and the underground parking was very convenient. I liked the design of the hotel and the staff were very friendly, with a 24H front desk. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

Nice air-conditioned room, big bed with comfortable mattress. Staff were amazing - as at the reception as at the bar.

The room wasn’t clean 100%, there was dust in the corners. Since on the photos I saw shower I was expecting shower instead of bath, maybe this is something that could be asked as a preference during check-in.
