My partner and I stayed at Casacool for 2 nights but wish we had stayed longer. The hotel has such character and lovely staff. Khai is super friendly and helpful, and always so excited to help you out, take you places, book things for you, and chat. They even offer free laundry that they turned around the same day which was a huge help. Breakfast is unreal, there are lots of pastries, toast, cereal, eggs and then the ladies bring out a huge array of fruit for each table which was super tasty. The rooms were big and comfy and we had a big balcony. Also a great location right near the beach and the bang Niang market. Would 100% recommend and had a lovely stay here.

Kai is so nice and helpful, she vill make your stay be the best. In the morning she took us to different beaches and then she came and picked us up in the afternoon. The breakfast was perfect, her two girls that were working there made the breakfast you wanted. Eggs liked omelet, scrambled or boiled. And toast, coffee and som sweet muffins, and yogurt with mussli. And if that not enough you will get five to six different small plates of fruits. Will for sure come back to Casacool if I will visit Khao Lak again. The room was perfect and the bed were really comfy. The hotel is in a very place to, near a lot of restaurants and Bang Niang market.

The rooms were very clean. We were provided with an extra bed for our daughter next to the large, cozy bed. The owner was so kind and attentive; she remembered all our plans and wishes. We were driven to the beach every day. The breakfast was delicious. Fresh fruits we're served. We felt very comfortable. The location is perfect for quickly reaching the beautiful surrounding beaches, where sunbeds are free if you order food and drinks. Our favorite beach was Coconut Beach, and at Memorie Beach, you can see elephants. It was quiet at night. All nearby restaurants, shops, bars, and the night market were within walking distance. We didn’t need a taxi or scooter for the entire stay. We would love to come back and would like to thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful days we spent at your place and with you!

The value for money at this hotel is truly remarkable - especially considering we are on a backpackers budget. The price of the stay included breakfast which was phenomenal. It included some yummy pastries, eggs cooked however you’d prefer and lots of fresh fruit. Not only this, but a free laundry service is included!! The lady who runs the hotel really made the experience even more remarkable, offering to drive her guests to desired destination and she was honestly so helpful and kind, making the stay that much more comfortable. After travelling Asia for 2 months, this is definitely the best place we’ve stayed. Cannot recommend it enough!

I stayed at Casacool Hotel for 6 nights. The rooms are very spacious with balconies and are cleaned every day. The hotel is perfectly located a short walk away from many restaurants, the beach and the night market. It’s a perfect base for diving and visiting nearby areas such as Khao Sok. However, the best thing about the hotel is the warm and homely atmosphere because of the owner Kai. She is so lovely and put a smile on my face every day. She goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay, offering to take you to the beach for the day and will help with anything you need to organise. Also the free laundry service was incredible and so quick! If you are considering whether to book this hotel, book it you won’t regret it. Thanks so much to Kai and the team!

If I could recommend Casa Cool to every single person visiting Khao Lak, I absolutely would. This is hands down the best hospitality I have ever experienced. Kai, the host, goes above and beyond to ensure guests have the most memorable stay possible. The reviews you read barely scratch the surface of the exceptional experience you’ll have here. From free laundry service and phenomenal breakfast to thoughtful recommendations and even personally driving us, Kai’s dedication to her guests is unparalleled. The hotel itself is spotless with clean and comfortable rooms, kind and attentive staff, right next to the night market, the Tsunami Museum and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. This hotel is so relaxing and helpful the people who run it work tirelessly to help make your stay comfortable, Kai is amazing and so so kind. a few of the kind things that were done for us, bare in mind we were only here for two nights… provided us a room early so we could sleep before check in then moved us to a bigger room help taking our bags up to our room (our very heavy bags!) free laundry if you stay here drove us to the beach and picked us up - for free! (if you have a massage there the guy is amazing! and the food is incredible) we offered money but Kai said they work on kindness here she also gave us brand new beach towels to take to the beach with us breakfast is amazing - a huge pile of fresh fruit, toast, croissants, muffins, jams and amazing coffee! 2x waters each, in 5* hotels you only get 1 each! round the corner from the night market and the main Street everything is so clean, calm and I could recommend more

One of the most incredible things about Thailand is how friendly and welcoming its people are. Casacool and Kai, the owner, are living proof of this! I felt so well taken care of and welcomed that I extended my stay from 4 to 8 days. The place has everything you need (dryer, shampoo, water, washing machine, umbrella...), the staff is efficient and friendly, the rooms are super clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable, the location is excellent, the breakfast is delicious and Kai helps you with everything (booking tours, taxis, and even takes you to the beach ;)). I really felt at home. Thank you, Casacool! Hope to see you soon!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Really recommend staying at Casacool Hotel. The hotel manager Kai goes above and beyond for her guests. The hotel is well located close to lots of bars and restaurants and the nightmarket and is only a 10mins walk to the closest beach. The rooms are basic but functional however a bit dark due to the windows being tinted. There is a fridge with free water and a safe inside the room with well functioning AC. Free laundry is offered at Casacool as well as a hearty breakfast (eggs, bread, pastries, cornflakes, hot drinks, fresh fruit…). This was the best breakfast we’ve had since arriving in Thailand. The owner even drove us to a nearby beach unprompted and organised onwards travel to Koh Lanta. For the price we paid, this stay has been an absolute steal. Thank you so much Casacool!
