The professionalism of staff members is out of this world!! On arrival we were met with the most grateful and professional people offering us whine and cake while they check on the room making sure it is clean and ready for us. Wow!!! Is the only expression I can give to the beauty of the room, while the the room was so aesthetically pleasing surrounding by nature having a view of the pool and having a place to call your kingdom home for the night. The pool was amazing!! Was even given a towel on arrival to enjoy that magnificent pool and we here offered pool service. All I can say to the manager is well done and bravo to you and your team for making people feel right at home and always being just a phone call way.

The only regret that I have was not staying another night.

The breakfast was ok. Loved the poolside setup. But what stood out for me the most was the service by the lady at reception. Refilwe was absolutely amazing. I actually bought her a small thank you gift on Saturday but forgot to leave it at reception when we checked out on Sunday...

One of our neighbours spent the whole day on Saturday on his patio smoking weed. It might have been legalized but when it affects other guests it's a problem. The tv channels are not channeling. No bath robes or slippers in a boutique hotel! Wow

The design is marvelous and very authentic. We had a room with a patio in the yard so it was good to rest there after long and active day. The room inside was clean and had all necessary staff. We were also provided with breakfast box 2 times when we had morning safari. It was great packed and filled. The manager of the hotel also organized us a safari tour and it was my best experience ever as our ranger was perfect - very kind, talkative (in a good sense), he answered all our questions about animals, local culture, etc.

The electricity was turned out for the peak hours every day - since 4 pm until 9 pm and during some hours at nights. It was very inconvenient as at this time we were back from our activities and wanted to charge our devices. Plus it was extremely hot to sleep without conditioner. The manager didn’t give notice of that when we were checked in.

We had a lovely room right by the pool area and were spoiled with a beautifully prepared anniversary room with petals on the bed and a great bottle of wine to enhance the celebrations! The staff were all fantastic and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, at home and very well cared for. The grounds are so pretty and the location is central with stacks of top resturants, to suit a varied taste, literally within walking distance.

Breakfast was nice and filling, the room was very clean and comfy. The property has a nice pool, unfortunately we didn't have an opportunity to enjoy it as it was cold.

Not really a 'didnt like' but more of 'would've liked', microwave and iron in the room would make the stay much more comfortable. I struggle to eat cold food and whenever we brought doggy bag from the restaurant we ended up throwing away the food.

Outdoor shower *and* a patio that faces the pool? We weren’t expecting to be so spoiled by the facilities during our short stay. Enjoyed the short walks to the curio shops and restaurants from our room too. We truly had an exceptional time at Perry’s Bridge.

The lack of plugs and power outlets. One of our plugs in the vanity wasn’t working so it made it really hard for us to charge our devices at the same time. It also might be time to upgrade the selection for TV viewing. Being able to watch more than 4 channels would have been ideal especially with a child

The rooms were impeccable - luxurious, neat, and exuded cleanliness. A haven of comfort after a long day. Moreover, the pool area was superb, featuring an abundance of comfortable seating arrangements throughout. Breakfast, served from 7 to 10 AM, was a standout feature included in the overall cost. It boasted an impressive array of options, from fresh fruits and yogurt to mouthwatering croissants and waffles. Notably, guests could indulge as much as they desired from these items. Furthermore, the option to order from the menu added a delightful personalized touch to the morning dining experience. The hotel's restaurant was delightful, and with two more dining options nearby, there was no shortage of culinary variety. The surrounding area boasted numerous shops, adding to the overall convenience and charm of the stay.

Communication with reception prior to arrival proved challenging, as calls were redirected to Hippo Hollow. This led to confusion and inconvenience. Despite requesting an early check-in at 12, the accommodation was not prepared, necessitating a wait until 2. While the waiting area was pleasant, the delay was disappointing and inconvenienced the start of the stay.

Luxurious extra big room with a beautiful bathroom as well as on outdoor shower. A specious veranda with patio furniture to relax outside was a pleasure to discover. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Very clean and well maintained all over the resort. The swimming pool area was amazing with beautiful loungers to relax and enjoy a drink. The staff was very well trained and welcoming. The breakfast was a choice from the menu at a close by restaurant and we enjoyed it very much. I would highly recommend Perry's Bridge Hollow hotel.

The property is well located and is central to everything that you might need. The rooms are big and clean, and the property is well taken care of. The reception upon arrival is spectacular, and that’s thanks to all the staff who are so friendly. From the guard at the gate, receptionists and gardens everyone is so welcoming. 100% recommend coming here.

The rooms are spacious and kept very clean during our 3 night stay. The hotel is very peaceful just what we needed for our mini vacae. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The pool area is exactly like the gallery its has the relaxing vibe to it. The location is perfect closer to all fun activities. Will definitely come back.

The network for calls is not good but the wifi is available. No variety on breakfast menu hence we ate the same thing for 3 days. The restaurant can do better. They can add more channels on the dish for variety.
