The property is located in a quiet part of Hazyview, just off the main route that leads to the Phabeni and Paul Kruger gates of the Kruger National Park. It was an easy drive to the local restaurants. The guest house is fairly new, with modern finishes. The room was neat, tidy, and well equipped. The bed was large and comfortable. Everything in the room, including the air conditioning, fan etc., all worked perfectly. There was plenty of choice of channels on the TV and the Wi-Fi was good. The breakfast choices were adequate.

There is no real view of anything, but we were only there for one night, to break the journey before heading into Kruger National Park ... so this wasn't important to us. The driveway is very steep and negotiating your way in and out of the parking can be tricky.

The family room we booked was spacious, clean and comfortable. The facility itself gives a calming atmosphere and we were happy with it and felt we received value for money including the effort to provide room service for our breakfast in the morning.

The parking space is a bit of a mood dampener and perhaps the cleaning of our rooms late in the afternoon instead of early morning when we are out.

The property is nice, clean with white sheets. The towels are changed everyday and the rooms are cleaned. Bra Sipho is always there if you need anything, what a happy soul .

The food was not as expected. The food was cold. We arrived late at breakfast but the least they could have done is make sure that they keep the food warm. We were disappointed because it’s not we were a lot of people. The parking space is small too.

No iron in room, mentioned in room amenities, Netflix and Amazon not available with Guest wifi, and wifi was a bit problematic . Parking at the Lodge is a bit tricky, especially if the handbrake on your vehicle is not good

I have reviewed this property before. This was our second stay. This is a modern guest house, with all the facilities that you would require for a stop over. We used this as a stop over the night before entering the Kruger National Park and the night that we left the park, before the long journey back home. Great room, very comfortable bed, well equipped. The room we stayed at on the second night was much larger than the previous room.

There is no view, which did not really concern us because we were only there for the night. Getting in and out of the driveway is tricky.

The personal was very welcoming and helpful. Shoni offered full-day safaris and panorama tour and our drivers were very nice and showed us all kind of the animals in the Park and all the places of interest. It was possible to order food, the place was safe and the room had all the conveniences.

There was no door in the bathroom. First day, there was AC a little bit loud working outside.

The staff are simply amazing and friendly. Shoni was an absolute star. She went the extra mile through out our stay. The rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast was excellent even our snack pack to take on our trip to Kruger National Park. Shoni and the entire staff of Tembo made our trip a memorable one. We will definitely be back. We'll done guys. Keep up the excellent service.

I can't fault them in any areas.

Great value for money: safe, clean, fresh, comfortable and well-designed rooms. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and communicated very well. Breakfast was excellent, with various options for people to choose from. The shower is great and roomy. It's works well as a base for people visiting the Park, with the Phabeni gate very close by.

The parking situation is a little precarious. However, the personnel handle it very well. Sound travels somewhat between the rooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff !! We stayed there for two nights to visit Panorama Route, for this purpose the room was definitely big enough and we had everything we needed. We felt safe all the time.

The breakfast is based on English Breakfast options and other hearty meals only - so you really have to like that kind of food in the morning ;) The location is not really central but you don’t go anywhere by foot anyway so it doesn’t really matter ;)

The entire apartment is very clean It's also peaceful the service is very good Shoni is very sweet and kind ❤️ and the guy from the reception i just dont remember his name he was very nice and welcoming and very fast when you need anything

I liked everyone from the gate Kitchen reception and the cleansers etc
