The entire place is amazing, peaceful, and so relaxing,I loved the fact that when waking up in the morning i would see animals on my door step,I love nature and my wife was very impressed. The house was spotless ,Serviced daily,Anything i needed was just a phone call away and the response was quick. I spent so much time at the pool.Woow the pool is huge and clean ,I love the experience i had at kruger park lodge ,everything was perfect, The unit was so big it accomodated my family,The unit has everything i ever wanted and it was spotless and cozy and we had a piece of mind. I enjoyed the lovely atmosphere with my wife and kids.We had a wonderful time at the resort

1.The small Tv screen in the living room. (I would have preffered to have a large Tv screen in the living room) 2.The shower head not in good working order. 3.The smell of the carpet in the main bedroom.

Great unit - clean, comfortable, and has everything we needed. Serviced every day which was great. Exceptional service from the lodge reception. I had a mix up on the address for my Checkers order (which was delivered to the unit where we had stayed after I forgot to change the address back to my home address after the holiday). Mamosa and the duty manager, Happy, went above and beyond to help me retrieve the order from the people in the unit who had taken delivery. They organised to drive the packages back to Checkers so that I could get refunded. Thank you so much for helping me and going the extra mile! Great service and genuine care.

Nothing to dislike.

Beautiful, tranquil setting. Nice poolside and riverside decks to enjoy sundowners.

Not much. A few minor irritations like loose or broken taps and flickering LED lights. Although the WiFi is free, it is slow and one is redirected to a web page to fill in username and password, as is typical of hotel and airport wifi access. The TV does not redirect to such a web interface, so getting it connected requires a frustrating workaround. We ended up using mostly cell phone data.

There is serenity at the resort. It is also close to the amenities e.g. shopping center and mall, not forgetting the Phabeni gate for Kruger national park and the reptile park.

The disfunctional sliding door. Also, due to having unexpected daily visits from the primates on site, consideration to have protective shield at doors and windows as nets or burglarbars to enjoy the freedom of natural ventilation through out the day will be highly appreciated.

A beautiful and tranquil environment with great features of nature. The lodge comes with great amenities and close to many other amenities making it easy to enjoy without feeling completely excluded from the world.

The security officials sometimes abuse the noise policy rules and complain to guests even for sneezing. Yes it is a tranquil space but we are still humans and must engage and have a little laugh. It sometimes felt like we must laugh in silence.

We had a great time in this house. It in a secure compound with pools, a restaurant and activities such as mini golf. It would be be great if you had small children. The house was comfortable with plenty of space and had everything we needed. It was cool to come home after safari and see Kudu and impala right in the backyard. We had an issue with the shower not draining when we first arrived and messaged about this. It was fixed immediately which we appreciated. It took us 15 minutes to drive to Phabeni Gate at Kruger.

The location was perfect - close to KNP and shops. Units were clean and fully equipped. My kids loved seeing the herd of buck wandering around.

The swimming pools could be covered at night/solar heated for the winter months, although this didn't stop us from swimming.

The property is clean and calming. Beautiful views . My family enjoyed it so much. The kids enjoyed the pools and play area.

Nothing really except for the upstairs tv that did not work. And the fact that this is SELF CATERING, the only thing you will find its cutlery. All else you must come with it

The lodge was comfortable and there was enough space for the 6 of us. it was very clean and there was daily cleaning, which we weren’t expecting.

The 2nd bathroom downstairs was not practical. it was a bath with hand held shower. essentially a bath tub with shower hose which you could only use if you held it over you. there’s no screen on the bathtub so if you were standing on the bath everything else gets wet. It would ideal if they fitted a proper shower otherwise everyone has to use one bathroom.

Very good access to the Kruger Park. Lovely setting and accommodation. Good facilities.

Liked it all if any comment at all the decor could be more modern. This is not a major issue purely constructive.
