Location is great. Boulangeries, bars, restaurants, and supermarket, are all within walking distance. Staff was very friendly, and made good effort to communicate with me even though my French is terrible. My room (3rth floor) was dark and quiet. Public parking very close by. It was free for Saturday on Sunday night. Be warned, no parking on Saturday morning.

Room and bathroom were very small. With two people there would be little room for all your bags. For just 1 person it was enough. No fridge in the room, so you can't cool your drinks. Sign on the door says "English spoken here", but that is a stretch. Still, even with broken English and French we could communicate just fine.

Very comfortable rooms. Clean, newly remodeled, fans in every room, right in the town centre and excellent breakfast with home made cake by Erica. Absolutely recommend. We were lucky to get an excellent view of the hot air balloon championship. 32 in the air all at once!

Bring earplugs for the rooms to the front of the hotel above the Irish pub. It didn't bother us one bit, but it might bother others who can't sleep with earplugs. Don't trip over the top step of the stairs of the first floor where the rubber strip has come loose.

We were looking for a stop over on our way from Holland to Gondrin in the south of France. There was good communication from the hotel in regards to taking the dog and where we could have food. The hotel was central to the town. There was public parking close by for the car and of course they could take our dog too. A minibar with water and a soft drink is included. There was a choice of restaurants close by and our dog was able to join too. The town is beautiful. I would go back to spend more time there. The room was a good size, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was limited if you wanted a big choice but it was enough for us as we were leaving very early to be on the road.

When we got back from our meal, the hotel was in darkness. It was tricky to find the stairs. It would be helpful to have a light left on 🙂 Our room was very warm, a fan was provided but it was still stuffy.

Great central location, close to restaurants & bars. Free parking outside in large square. Clean & modern with lovely outside area at back of hotel to enjoy a drink. Bedroom really clean & roomy with plenty of storage & hooks. Nice large windows that were easy to open for air. Lovely shower, easy to operate. Fantastic breakfast. Really fresh & so much choice. Coffee machine easy to operate.

There was no air conditioning in the room so we needed to keep the windows open for air. We were at the font of the hotel so could hear to banter from the bar & restaurant outside. It didn't bother us, as being a Wed night the noise had all but stopped by 11.30pm, but on a really hot weekend evening that could be a problem. The bath was very slippery at the shower end because the sides of the bottom of the bath dropped away, I think a warning sign about this would be good.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Peronne close to the excellent museum and restaurants. Despite its modern entrance, it is a very old building with long winding corridors and a small courtyard. The bedroom was a good size and very comfortable with a splendid bathroom. Breakfast was very good although the breakfast room was busy and crowded so there was a long queue for the coffee machine. There is plenty of parking in side streets nearby although parking in the square is time limited. Peronne is a good base for visiting Great War sites and the local tourist office is very helpful.

The hotel is very central in Peronne, right near the Historical Museum. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was good with some flex on timing.

The hotel restaurant was closed and almost no other places to eat were open, given it was a Sunday in August.

The location was great and the free parking by the back door made loading and unloading easy. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable.

In both rooms and bathrooms the layout was not always convenient. .the safe was on the floor, the tea and coffee making tray was low down in a corner. The hairdryer was high on the wall and not next to the mirror. Having said this we had all that we needed and this would not prevent us from booking this hotel again.

Ideally located on way back to Calais for an overnight stay. The hotel is in the middle of this very pleasant town with easy free parking a few metres away in the square. Ideally situated near restaurants and bars and places of historical interest. Big wide comfy bed and a good quality breakfast.

Had nothing here to find fault.

Location in the pedestrian area. Cosy breakfast room and wide choice of breakfast options. Reception warned timely that car needed to be moved from the city parking because of weekly market. Very good price/qualtiy relation. Indian management: perfect in French and English.

No underground hotel parking available. Small but suitable bedroom and bathroom. Wide collection of information and leaflets about WW I @ the Somme. Close to the highways to Paris and Amiens.

Lovely hotel with great history. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I travelled by bike and the staff were very helpful in securing it in the locked courtyard. Breakfast was in the lovely bar area and was good and plentiful.
