Gorgeous hotel in a residential area outside the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. We definitely felt like we were in a palace, incredible and elegant Moroccan design. The owner was very kind and welcomed us warmly with mint tea. The restaurant was not in service when we arrived, but there was the option to order food or they offered to take us to a restaurant very close to the hotel. Room was spotless comfortable and very cozy for a family of 4. We have a nice private balcony and view to the garden and pool. We had to leave for the airport early, so they served us a delicious and sufficient Moroccan breakfast and organized the shuttle to the airport for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The Palais is in secluded and quiet area which is perfect if you wanna rest , use the pool and just relax. At the same time, a lift to any place in the city is available. The staff is very friendly: Amin, the owner, looked after us very well, was helpful in every way needed, the two drivers /staff members we met, were good fun, but professional at the same time, always ready to help. Pool is situated outside the building, in the garden, sourranded by flowers and palm trees. That gives you some privacy while enjoying water/sun. Water was very clean, the garden and pool area were well looked after on every day basis. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Room had spacious, comfortable layout, with lovely view on the garden from balcony. I loved the decor inside the building. My family and I would definitely recommned this place. Thanks guys! :-) ( Our kids are missing you already!)

we love the trip due to Moroccan people hospitality. hotel was excellent in all the way. v traditional. accommodate extended checked out. help in every way. recommended plan which was right for us and cover all the famous places. Breakfast start 8am. they give us 7am on request every day. Friendly staff and had a cute cat. my 1 year old daughter love the stay. she was walking around and playing with everyone. French and Arabic was the language but help us via google translator. highly recommended to stay there and their chef is better than lot of local restaurants.

We loved the staff, so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Also loved having such a large room for us to live in for a week. Room had great access to the pool and sunbathing area.

This is a lovely little gem of a hotel. It was graceful, quiet excellent privacy and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Our issue was that we were staying during ramamdam , however the staff sent out for take out for us so we didnt havent fast the same as they did. We regretted moving to a riad in the souks as this would have been a most excellent base. We will return and use it as a longer trip base.

One of the most amazing interior we saw in our stays here in Morocco. The staff was also super helpful and caring. They helped us out with a car wash, were very pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The location is a bit away from the center but that wasn’t a problem for us since we were traveling with a car. Overall it’s a great value for money.

Breakfast could be improved, a lot of pastry but not much of protein selection. A few boiled eggs would work great.

Very nice accommodation about 20 minutes drive from Koutoubia mosque. The staff was super friendly and caring. Fantastic swimming pool where a nice breakfast is served daily. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Great place to relax after visiting the busy Souk. I would definitely repeat.

Location - this was my first time in Marrakesh and I wasn’t familiar with the layout of the city, so really is my own fault. The property is a little way out and sat in a residential area - very quiet but lacks any shops restaurants close by. Each day I had to use the hotel driver then a taxi back to hotel which added around £20 per day on expenses - near impossible to get a meter taxi from city to hotel.
