We really loved this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a 6 minute drive to KLCC. The room are very nice and modern with good shower water pressure. The staff were really friendly and helpful at all times. Super impressed and will book every time we visit KL from now on.

The room I booked advertised a king size bed and a sofa bed but upon check in, I was informed that I had to pay extra for the sofa bed to be used. I didn’t like this extra cost and it should be made clearer on the booking. Also, the pool is under maintenance and is closed which was very disappointing. It was a major reason we booked this hotel as we wanted a pool for exercise. Not sure if the lack of transparency on either of these issues are down to the hotel or booking.com but I think these types of things should be made clear when making the booking. Also, one last point is that although the hotel is very beautiful and modern, the surrounding area and streets around the hotel are very dirty and run down.

The rooms are very modern and clean. Breakfast was good and had variety everyday. Faysal was very helpful! I accidentally booked the penang branch AC hotel but he helped me fix my booking and get a refund on the previous one :) He took the extra mile to ensure my stay was very comfortable. Would be more than happy to come back again if I visit KL again!

The staff was helpful and very supportive. The breakfast selection was very good, we particularly enjoyed the Malay options. The staff allowed us to check in at 11AM as we had requested via mail (though the official checkin time was 3PM). After a night flight, we were happy for this extended benefit. Our special thanks to Farhan, Hanif and Mehedi for making us feel at home.

While we were delighted at the early checkin gesture offered by the hotel, the process itself took very long (we landed at 10AM and got our rooms at 11:30AM). There was no queue but it appears there were systems problems.

The location of the hotel is close to the attractions places and public transportation. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, comfortable and have complete facilities.

The way down to the parking lot and the basement space is very limited. You have to be more careful. Breakfast could probably be improved. Thank you.

Newly built modern style

The breakfast is not tasty….pls variety the food.i stay there for 5 night and everyday the breakfast menu is the same.

Hotel was situated a bit outside the main visitor areas of KL but just 2 minutes walk to the metro station where you could catch a train to anywhere you need to go - it took about 15 minutes to get to TRX or Bukit Bintang. Of course Grab works well too. Check-in was friendly and efficient and the hotel was well presented. My room was very large and was comfortable with all the necessary amenities plus a good work space. Breakfast was very nice with a good mix of Asian and Western dishes along with some yummy local specialties. The staff were friendy and happy to help with luggage, taxis etc. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there were places to eat and convenience stores for supplies. Overall it was a really good stay and I would definitely return the next time I'm in KL.

My room faced the street and there was noise from the train line from around 6am till midnight, and music from a nearby restaurant in the evenings. It actually didn't disturb me much but if you are a light sleeper you may wish to request a room on the other side of the hotel. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow - seemed to be throttled to about 10Mbit per device which was OK for general use but could be a bit annoying if you needed to download a large file.

Clean after refurbished

Stayed at level 4, room 0403, room facing river, karaoke session from the Medan Selera can be heard from this room (past midnight), the corridor going to the lift is polluted with cigarette/smoking smell.

I stayed at the hotel from the 25th to the 26th. When I arrived, the staff were excellent—clear instructions, friendly service. Upon entering the room, I was amazed. The room was super clean, well-organized, and spacious. The air conditioning was cold, the lighting was perfect, and the bathroom was spotless. As for the food, I took the breakfast package, and the food was delicious with a good variety. I was very satisfied with the service, the food, and the strategic location. Overall, I was happy with everything, and I definitely plan to return. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Thanks!

Service by staff was very good. Check in was smooth. Ali was very helpful. Breakfast selection was good. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. W are vegetarians and Chef Fazal came personally to offer special meal for us, and also showed us veg options at the buffet spread. Overall excellent service and we really enjoyed our stay. We drove our own car, and most places we visited was easily accessible from hotel. Secured parking (MYR 10 per day) available.
