The apartment was in a convenient location, 2 mins walking distance to Bangsar station, just one stop away from KL sentral. You can find eating spots anywhere around. The apartment was very comfy and all ACs and hot water was working. The kitchen had all the utensils needed. Even though the apartment was closer to the LRT, the noise is negligible, actually you can barely hear the LRT noise. Check-in and check-out process was very smooth. You would be added to a WhatsApp group chat on the day that you visit and the instructions will be there in the group chat on how to check-in. I would definitely come back again here during my next visit.

See all the comment say no good water pressure low. I got my room quick high 33. The room well maintain. Clean and comfortable.

The upstair room for me abit difficult. Im very tall. Everytime have to bench down.

The check in process went on smoothly without hiccups. The unit 31-19 was a very clean and quiet unit. What I loved the most was the desk at the corner which allows me to work without disturbance. The small outdoor chairs and a table in the balcony added a nice touch as I was able to sit there in the morning enjoying my cup of coffee overlooking the city.

There is nothing in particular about this unit that I did not like. Probably the only thing this unit can improve is by adding a couple of lamp shades beside the bed or a standing lamp in the living room to add to the coziness of this unit. The refund of the deposit takes up to 5 business days which is rather long. It should be within the day itself after checkout.

Location: The unit is located in a building connected to train station. You just need to walk to level 1, walk some more and walla! you have reached the train station. Big plus point here! Food: There is a cafe downstairs should you dont want to walk or grabfood. But if you do, there are plenty of restau next to the street by walking distance! The Unit: IDK how to start. The unit is bigger than the photo and spacious! The AC is cold, the bed/pillow is soft, not to mention they have washine machine and microwave in the unit. it feels like home! Plenty of parking is available at daily rate. The security is tiptop. Entertainment: they have netflix, enough to entertain you while you are scrolling where to go after this. As someone who brings family from borneo, I vouch for this unit, we only need our two legs walking to the train station and we're good to go.

Would appreciate if unit can prepare water dispenser so we wont need to go downstairs everytime we want to drink mineral water.

I think the unit itself was decent. Unfortunately, the individual who is managing the unit was not very helpful. We were told to pay a deposit of RM200 and upon checking out, the money will be refunded. We literally cleaned up the unit before leaving and we even threw all the rubbish. We texted the guy asking for our refund and nevermind that he's read our messages, but he didn't have the basic courtesy to even reply to us. We had to call and all he could explain was that his company needed 48 hours to do validation. Now, we have stayed in lots of Airbnb and never once experienced this. I can understand that you needed more time to refund but why can't you just reply to the message?

The apartment corresponded to the description, it was clean and comfortable. But I only spent one night in them. It is located close from 1.5 km to the KL Sentral. Minimalist design just the way I like it.

When checking in you need to call the owner to meet him. This may be inconvenient for some. View from the room window of 2 other buildings on the sides. I wouldn't say this is the best look. The corridor is a little noisy when people walk there. The condition of the room was good, but there were a few short hairs from someone else on the bed. And also booking.com first shows the price without commission: cleaning, tourist contribution, etc., which ultimately increases the price by 30%.

The check -in & check out process was smooth. Just refer to the WhatsApp message sent by the unit management for details. There's an Indian gentleman at the desk who's exceptionally helpful and friendly. The unit was sparkling clean and with a good view. All required stuff from the stove, fridge and utensils are readily available.

The only mirror was in the bathroom! Perhaps a full-length mirror can be installed elsewhere in the unit. The shower heater wasn't fully optimal , guessing this is because it's a centralised system?

The location is very strategic because there's a covered walkway to access LRT Bangsar Station and it's a station away from KL Sentral. I like that there's filtered water provided in the room so we didn't have to haul bottles of drinking water to the room. Netflix account is also provided so even you don't need to use your own account.

The host's response to our inquiries were slow and unresponsive. Up to the last few hours before our arrival, I wasn't given any instructions about checking-in until I called the given number. Even then, it took me a few tries before I could connect. We also had the problem where we couldn't connect to the given Netflix account and it took them a long time to resolve the problem. When the account was automatically logged out again, there was no response in the group so I had to use my own Netflix account.

It was strange way , they add me on WhatsApp group and they didn’t give my 200 Malaysian ringgit deposit back. He told me that , he will leave the deposit in my post box and I must leave the key in same pod box. And he didn’t left the money in post box. I try to call him , text him no respond.
