The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The breakfast on the rooftop was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. Special thanks to Nathalie and Marina, who were always welcoming and smiling every morning—they really made breakfast enjoyable. Also, Manager Francesca had a great eye for detail and followed up on everything to ensure our stay was perfect. The location was also ideal for exploring Milan.

The pool when it was open, the suite was very nice but the lights in the bathroom could have been stronger

They had a private party that started at 18:00 so we could not use the pool or half the terrace, I decided to stay there because of the pool. We came at 17:50 and at least 3 waiters informed us, what we could not do!!! The concierge could have been more informative, he had so little knowledge about the area and so little recommendations about restaurants… you should know your customers specially if you are 5 star hotel

Savo the Concierge was absolutely amazing. The entire staff did a lovely job. The location worked well for us and though we didn't walk to the City Center it was a quick uber ride there and back. Driving into the City as we did in the evening Milan can be imposing but daytime paints another picture of this lovely city. There is an amazing Thai restaurant called Thai Square. My wife is Thai and said it was exceptional.

This is something for which we could only nitpick. Personally I would like a few more breakfast options but we had everything we could need or want.

It’s a very beautiful property, nicely modern and well maintained with really nice rooms. Staff were polite. It’s in a great location, with the tram stop being only outside which gets you to duomo in about 20 minutes. (Really easy to use just hop on and scan your bank card when you get on) We unfortunately didn’t get to use the pool due to the weather but it looks a lovely area to have cocktails (which if anyone would like to know are €20 each) The cocktails were delicious in the rooftop bar but we didn’t get to use the downstairs restaurant and bar during our stay

Our shower flooded the entire bathroom and when we complained they went ‘ok’ and said they would send maintenance but it still seemed to be flooding when we left (we turned it on to see if it had been fixed and it didn’t look like it). We also were not offered the full breakfast on our first day but didn’t realise until our second breakfast when someone came to take our order and we were confused and she said we should’ve had it yesterday. Again when we complained we just got a “okay, sorry about that” no attempt to fix this or even reimburse anything considering we were paying for 3 breakfasts but due to an early departure we would be missing one of them anyway (that’s on us I’m aware) but we effectively got 1 & 1/2 breakfasts out of 3.

The staff, Monica, Davide, Ludovico, Joseph, Antonio plus many more. Engaging, Focused, Disciplined, Consistent and followed the process. They all provided Exceptional Customer Service. Above all they were Friendly and Loved what they do. Highly recommended!

Facilities fantastic! Very close to transport. Roof top Breakfast , Pool on Level 8. Each morning we fueled our body with nutritional food. The breakfast team were outstanding. Plus we had drinks in the evening on level 8 too. Thanks Kim for the great service.

High quality hotel with swimming pool on a rooftop, valet parking, very professional stuff. Everything was top.

The swimming pool is closed after 13.00 and not possible to swim in the evening, which was really needed after intense shopping.

Being with the room on the side of a construction site,was noisy especially in the morning. SPA and Wellness - I was expecting services like massages,cosmetics,etc…there are none. They do have 2 saunas and a small relaxation area. TV - often lagging and no streaming options that work The price is really too high for these amenities,in my opinion.

Very polite and helpful staff. Reception team ist doing a great job and the service at the pool is quite fast. Even with a 6 yrs old kid you can have a lot of fun und they provide very good in-room service (bedding etc). Be careful with parking: there is a public garage next to the hotel. Might be cheaper, but with no access to the hotel and no valet service like in the Hotel garage. Just park in front of the hotel, the parking will be organised. Not far away from the Duomo by public transportation, situated in a very uprising district and with good service: good value for money for such a hotel.

Well, drinks and parking is a bit pricey - but for Milano, the district and this kind of Hotel still okay.
