Breakfast was nice

Evidently this property is still going through renovations because one of the sinks in the suite was very loose and you could see caulking around it but it felt like it was going to fall off. When I made the reservation I told them there would be 6 people in the suit; 4 adults and 2 children, there was only 3 towels, 3 washcloths, and 3 hand towels; no floor mat towel for when you step out of the bathtub. Lucky for me, 2 of the adults and the 2 children chose not to spend the night.

Hotel was close to the area we needed. It was snowing heavily when we arrived, yet the hotel had not treated the parking lot, it was very slippery. Breakfast was typical hotel buffet breakfast.

They should have treated the parking lot. Ice was dangerous. Even the next morning there was no salt/snow melt spread in the parking lot.

The location is great! It is right next to Marcellos which has amazing pizza, subs, wings, and tons of food options. It is also right across the road from Saubels market if you want to go buy drinks or food for the room. Every staff member we encountered were respectful, kind, had a smile on their face, and if it was in their ability they fixed any issue that arose. The beds are very comfortable in between firm and pillow top soft and they give you two soft and two firm pillows on each bed. The breakfast was exceptional- bacon, Turkey sausage, 3 types of eggs: scrambled, fried, and cheese omelet, muffins, bagels with pb or cream cheese, waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, milk, juices, coffee, tea,! The hotel smelled clean and looked clean and we felt safe and comfortable here with our children.

The pool was still being fixed up and the heater was still broke so they were allowing guests to swim in a cold pool at their own risk which I wish they wouldn’t have announced because my kids were upset when I said No but we are hoping by the next stay it is fixed and ready for the kids to enjoy!

It was clean, the staff were friendly. They had breakfast, even though we didn't try it cause we ended up going out to eat for breakfast. Affordable price for stay. Got the king suite with jet tub, I decorated it and it was beautiful. Enjoyed it.

The parking lot was still a mess from snow, felt like everybody else lots were mostly clear but theirs looked like it wasn't even plowed but it was still manageable.

Great service,friendly staff! Joe,Stacey.Heather and the Indian couple who cleaned my room were extremely friendly and helpful!! I stayed at this property for four days. Excellent breakfast with fresh coffee! Pool was pleasant! Coming from Alaska, I was looking forward to a good swim!

Spa(hot tub) was closed!!!!

This location is in a quiet area while also accessible to 1-2 miles down the road for shopping and restaurants.

The room was not clean. It was dusty and the air conditioner was stuck on freeze. We had to put a towel over the vent. We tried everything.

The breakfast was buffet style but got food was not as hot as it should be. It would be nice if they had a microwave in the dining hear for reheating.

The hot tub was not boarded and not in function. This should have been made known to customers before booking.

The front desk person was very nice and helpful.

My room door was wide open, propped open with a roll of trash bags. Traveling alone as a woman, it wasn’t a good feeling walking into a room with the door wide open.

I like that they let you have pets

Housekeeping was using their key before we could answer the door they weren't supposed to come in the room because of our pets

Nice place to stay and breakfast was included.

When I checked in my credit card was charged one amount, when I checked out I was given a receipt with another amount. Will I be given a refund?
