My family ate there first morning, I didn’t arrive until late that evening. They said food tasted good but they found a few hour later, it disagreed with them. We didn’t have breakfast there again during our stay. Francine (front desk associate) and GM (slim gentleman) were outstanding.

Bathtub plug didn’t mount correctly and leaked when tub filled. A slow leak, but a leak nonetheless. I’ve maker didn’t work on my floor (3rd) during stay, always had to walk down to 2nd floor for ice. The recycling/garbage bins near elevators needed more frequent emptying. Lots of families on my floor, obviously generated a lot of trash/recycling. More than half the time you had to try to jam stuff into the bins or it would wind up on the floor. Otherwise only thing missing for me was a safe in the room.

My son had a weekend long tournament in Lancaster, we are from NY, not being from the area I was skeptical about the surroundings, the rooms and overall everything. This hotel exceeded my expectations. It is placed in a quiet area, stores near by that fill all your needs. The room itself was beautiful, 10/10 clean along with the bathroom. I had a king suite, with 3 kids it was perfect. The pool was amazing for the children, and the area to sit and relax in was so pleasing all children played well together and adults communicated, there was table and chairs, a Basketball court & designated smoking area. This will be the hotel we go to for another tournament!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The halls and room were spotless. The ambiance was comfortable and welcoming, and the hotel store had a wide variety of options. Breakfast was also great! Will definitely stay here for my next staycation.

I didn't like how early the breakfast ended, but that's just hotel policy. Other than that there wasn't really much else to dislike.

Room was clean and spacious. Great staff. Breakfast area sparkling clean and well taken care of. I especially found the two women who ran the breakfast areas today amazingly accommodating. So pleasant and welcoming.

While the staff does an awesome job with the breakfast, I was very disappointed with some of the cheap add-ons. They do not offer regular half and half for coffee - just those little cups that use hydrogenated fat to make it taste creamy. At the breakfast bar, the only options to go with the waffles have high frutose corn syrup. The room cost $183 per night. I have stayed at less expensive hotels that offer actual half-and-half and healthier add on choices.

the housekeeping can be more gentle in cleaning the around room.. i couldn't sleep because tey slapping the door in everymint.. yest its morning but this is hotel you dont know people situation.. also the laides in the breakfast the are in hurry to remove..even ine day they removed before 9:30 .. nothing will happen if they start removing after 9:30

I've stayed here a few times and have always had a great experience.

The curtains aren't really black out ones, a lot of light comes through in the mornings/during day. We were also at the very end of the hallway by the stair entrances and the door is VERY loud throughout the night with people coming and going.

This is a beautiful hotel, with a great breakfast, and price. The staff were all very friendly. We also liked the layout of the room and appreciated having a kitchen.

We had requested a room with a bathtub but wound up not soaking in it because it appeared to be dirty. The bathroom floor and mopboards were also dirty.

We stayed on a one-bedroom suite for one night and really enjoyed our stay. The facility was sparkling clean, recently renovated and very welcoming, with a fitness center and a swimming pool, chocolates at reception and an excellent breakfast included in the price. The breakfast exceeded all expectations: the breakfast bar featured a choice of eggs, yummy omelets, tater tots, a variety of cereal, freshly made oatmeal, yogurt, a choice of toppings, fruit salad, plus a vase with apples, oranges and bananas, and even fresh berries. Will definitely stay there again when back in York.

The Wed night social was great for folks traveling alone. I met some nice ladies and felt a little safer and a little more at home knowing someone else on-property.

I tried the chicken gumbo cause I'm allergic to beef (so no burgers for me). Unfortunately, the gumbo caused some issues the next day. Maybe a different chicken option? Otherwise, I really like this property and will be back soon.

Breakfast was OK, fitness center was good, areas where you could walk your dog, plenty of parking. Staff was very friendly, room was spacious and clean. Kitchen had dishes and silverware, microwave, stove, and a fridge. Overall good experience.

The reception area was re-done while we were there and we had to use the side entrance. Was not a big deal to me.. Other than that can’t think of anything.
