I remember when the property was under the name of the Holiday Inn. The hallways still seem the same, aged, but was clean. Our room size and comfort were both excellent.

The bathroom was a very weak spot with peeling wallpaper, old fixtures , the toilet used a ton of water to flush and didn’t seem it would go down, and the toilet paper hardly had any paper on it and we ran out- my husband had to track down a room cleaning person to get another roll. The Kleenex box was almost empty and was empty when we left. Not happy with the bathroom.

A hotel offers a full breakfast, which includes bacon and eggs, which you can not find anywhere anymore. The room was clean and had a little couch. It's a big complex with 2 floors and you can have a room by the pool, if you're a family or couple. Just expect to do a little bit of walking for those who can't walk far. The food there is above average for a hotel and is a deal. The hotel is in West york, so just know it's a little out of the way if you want to hit central markets or Market Street. But I wouldn't overlook this place just for that. The staff was very helpful with any question we asked, and the bed was on the firmer side but not uncomfortable. The only con id say is the hotel needs an update. It's a little old. If that's not a big Deal to you, it's great for families and / or couples who want to get away without paying a lot of $.

For such a big complex, they need more ways to get around.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable! There was a beautiful wedding going on that livened up the space. The housekeeping staff were absolutely lovely, one Spanish speaking housekeeper, shorter, slight build, brown hair especially gracious! The restaurant food was great, we ordered in one night and it was delicious! My husband and I (and my service dog Manny) had a wonderful time!

The only things that weren’t how we enjoy were that the blackout curtains in our room on second floor had no way to close, and there was no adult time for the pool and it was very warm. Otherwise it was perfect!

The included breakfast was standard hot and cold foods. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The room's heating system worked well and we loved how roomy the space was.

The property is older and dated looking. Chipped plaster on walls, worn furniture and sloppy painting in the rooms was noted. The lobby area and the indoor "garden" area around the pool was kept very cold. We did have problems getting enough hot water for showering, but with time, it did improve.

our last 2 days, someone was knocking on the door (don'nt know if it was our door or next around past midnight) it was so loud and the person knocking sounded very angry, it was not only a knock but he was pounding the door and i was not able to sleep at all after the pounding on the that so afraid that he will start shooting. Next door to our room (Nov. 27, 2023) people are talking so lloud that night. It must have been past 12 and finally stop maybe around 1 or 2 am. Breakfast was excellent. Over all was good

The loud pounding on the door and feels like someone is coming and start shooting and people are chatting so loud and they forget others.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to find and lots of parking. Useful to have a breakfast included. Bathrooms were spacious. Easy floor plan.

For the price, the rooms do look like they could use an overhaul. Other small things, like a shower door that would not stay shut and water that took some time to drain (clogging issue). The breakfast was adequate, but limited in selections. I appreciated the one evening, but would not necessarily be seeking them out again, should I have a chance to return just based on the somewhat shop-worn feeling.

The room and bed are very large. The staff is very polite and friendly. The hotel is in a great location away from the hustle and bustle of Route 30. We enjoyed the convience of having breakfast at this location.

We stayed here for two weeks so we had a chance to see the best and worst the hotel has to offer. Fortunately, there were not "worse" to call out on. The exercise room was very limited. There were only two treadmills which forced us to wait for our turns multiple times during our stay. It's a large hotel so there's bound to be a few people working out. If they can add a third treadmill, it might make a difference. There's plenty of room in the hotel to relocate the fitness room if necessary. Also, the Friday night crowd tend to leave trash around the entrance doors (beer cans, etc...) but the staff did clean it up during their regular rounds. Just a minor safety awareness issue.

The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The mattress, pillows and comforter gave me the best sleep I've had in a long time.The breakfast was nice and a decent variety of items. The pool area is very pretty and comfortable. Glad the room had a microwave,keurig and mini refrigerator.

The shower head in the bathroom in my room is very old and needs updating.

It’s Comfortable, roomy, clean, and quiet. I also love how there’s many entrances so you can park at the closest one near your room! If you needed more towels are sheets you can call and they bring it right to you!

The breakfast is nice because it’s a buffet style, but would like more options such as waffle or pancake maker for kids. Everyday was the same eggs and home fries which were delicious but would like more food options if possible

Great location. If you’re doing the GFNY York this is the place to be. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Hot water in the shower. Breakfast is what you expect of a continental breakfast. Huge parking lot. Near Malls and Restaurants. DownTown York is very good. Central Market was great. Friendly Staff.

The smoking area needs to be cleaned couple times a day! I don’t smoke but it was dirty everyday. Nonetheless it is about 20 meters from main entrance.
