The hotel staff was EXCELLENT! Front desk hostess Tamaia, Leasia and Steve the maintenance technician. The handicap accessible room was very roomy and convenient. The morning breakfast was also a great convenience and the location was perfect!

The room needs some TLC on the walls where there is some paint peeling. The cost of a regular bottle of soda pop and a small bag of potato chips of over $4.50 was truly ridiculous!

Everyone made me feel welcomed and appreciated, big compliment to the maintenance man Steve I think went out of his way to help my family figure everything out we needed and got us stuff we needed set the room temperature for us and gave us great options for local food.

Unique check us in and he was amazing. Greeted us with a warm welcome and smile. Made sure we knew everything about the amenities and helped with dinning selections. Unique mad our experience so much better. The facility is very clean and modern

the two bedrooms are very nice in the suite that we had! the size of the room was good as well! Having a full kitchen would have been a huge bonus if we had stayed two nights.

Moving the smoking area from right at the entrance would be better! Prohibiting pets at all in the food/breakfast area would be respectful. Providing enough food breakfast food by being conscience the number of people staying (potentially eating breakfast) would be considerate to all of the guests, not just those who happened to arrive at breakfast within the first hour.

We left our bamboo pillows there. They sent us new ones as they couldn't ours. V
