Stay was very short and we checked in late so not enough time to really experience the hotel and amenities. Hotel was clean and had nice decor. Liked the shower dispensers for body wash and shampoo. Liked the sayings on the bottles and the lemon scent.

Breakfast selection was limited. Liked offered sausage/kielbasa but bacon is always classic option to include as another meat. Also can recommend adding muffins and breakfast pastries

The location was perfect for walking to get something to eat. Breakfast was good with healthy options. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. In fact, one gentlemen went above and beyond to get me something I asked for. No one seemed bothered or put out by me. I LOVED the signs by the elevators where previous guests could write suggestions for local attractions.

I tried to use the tv in the workout room to provide me with my morning workout. The video was confusing and I didn't end up using it.

This hotel went above and beyond. We stayed on our wedding night and they completely decked the place out in adorable decor! Rose petals and signs and cute decor everywhere! They even stayed open a little late for our check in. Everyone we saw was so very kind. Fantastic experience!

Very clean, the game space in the lobby was a really fun touch! Bed was very comfortable, breakfast options were very good. We loved how colorful the decor was and how comfortable the lobby was. Staff was very nice!

We really didn't have any issues during our stay. I would say the only thing that was a small annoyance was that the air conditioning system in the room was very loud. Otherwise, everything was great!

The location quietness and cleanliness. I also liked the community vibe with the study nooks and the pool table. Amazing gym with peleton bike. Also, awesome pancakes!

Nice breakfast selection and the breakfast facility was almost back to pre-COVID 'normal'. The location is good in that it is easily accessible from all directions. We were attending an event at the York Expo Center and find the property to be very convenient (i.e., only about a 5-minute drive away). It is also near (maybe a 7-minute drive) from the excellent bar/restaurant scene on S. George Street. There's also any number of casual dining spots very close by.

House keeping door was being slammed on a regular basis they were next door to our room Made front desk aware by speaking to the Managers. He said " they should stop working very soon " ( it was 5:30 pm) Plus He said " they won't start again until 9am " What would have been nicer ( AND BETTER..!.) " SURE WE APPOLIGIZE , WE WILL MAKE THEM AWARE TO NOT SLAM DOOR " Wood floors are nice but we heard alot foot traffic from upstairs 😳

Loved the breakfast. The pancake machine is my favorite. I loved the shampoos and soaps provided in the room. The room was comfortable and clean.

I love the simplicity of this hotel. I will look for Tru by Hilton hotels when traveling. The room design is well thought out. Very comfortable bed and a big screen TV. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, and spacious lobby area.

Location was perfect. Very easy too find the hotel. Front desk staff friendly & professional. Cleanliness was exceptional. Coffee & bagels at breakfast were very good. Bed & pillows were comfortable.
