Very positive experience, enjoyed my 3-night stay here. Overall facility was very clean, had a very ample breakfast with a good amount of options (waffle maker, cereal, fresh fruit, bagels/english muffins, yoghurt, some small pastries, several hot options - scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage; coffee, juice machine). Hotel has fitness center, no pool, friendly and helpful staff who are very accommodating. Stayed in a double room with 2 queen beds. Overall quite clean, beds were big and comfy, had microwave, fridge, TV, was quiet and up on the 4th floor. Easy and quick drive to downtown York. Super cool feature is that a walking/biking trail called the Heritage Rail Trail can be accessed from right behind the hotel - it goes about 20+ miles down to Maryland, and you can even walk to downtown York by it.

One small item: the hotel didn't have any recycling bins. This would have been/be a nice feature.

The location is a prime location. You are near everything. The rooms are very clean and the whole place is very clean.

I wish there was vending machines on the floors and ice machines on each floor.

Hotels are sometimes hard to judge cost versus quality . This hole has a low star rating but it is as good as a 4 star . The hotels seems brand new , as is all the fixtures and bathroom ext is the first install , everything updated and very clean . We travel for dance competitions frequently and stay in hotels all over and this is easily a $200 hotel room and even then I would leave a awesome review (this is the first time I ever felt the need to leave a review) I usually am underwhelmed for the price of hotels but not this one . Breakfast was great also good enough for the small facility . Very happy with the stay . Don’t be afraid of the low price it’s definitely a super value .

Very quiet and clean

Good breakfast,comfortable bed, great shower and good location.

We could have been put in a room that was not right next door to a group of construction workers who quite naturally,are not the quietest neighbors that one can have. Also, we found both the afternoon and the morning staff where a little too much on the condescending side with a attitude of not really want to help with anything requested.

Modern. Great breakfast and coffee bar. Plenty of parking. Great staff. Great location with quick access to Rt 30 and Interstate 83,

I have to think very hard about that , because I really don’t have anything negative to say. If anyone, maybe , on 2 of the mornings, out of 5, the eggs were kind of cold … but edible.

First parking was available and it was good. Second receptionist was nice and helpful girl. Rooms were very clean and equipped with everything needed. In the morning breakfast was right on time and pretty much everything was delicious. Overall experience was very pleasant.

Great value for what we needed. Close to the venue we were in the area for and conveniently located to a lot of shops and restaurants. We came in late and had to leave early, so we didn't see too much of the hotel. It was very clean and the breakfast was perfect for what we needed to get our day started.

The coffee was terrible.

Good: Friendly staff, clean facilities, super comfortable bed, decent location, breakfast was great 2 out of 3 days. Final verdict: I would absolutely stay here again!

Not so good: Noisy/sketchy elevator and the world's saltiest scrambled eggs on day 3.

Convenient location, well lit parking. Clean on the outside and inside. Staff was really friendly and helpful. I would def use this hotel again. The room was clean and had everything I needed for an evening. If I needed an extended stay this place would still fit my needs. Cleanliness is really important to me and I was not disappointed.
