The pool was nice to let the kids Get energy out before going to bed for the night, and the morning breakfast had a nice spread and the kids loved the toppings for the waffles (sprinkles, fruits, whip cream) . The checkin staff were very kind and helpful when I first arrived and there was an issue with my confirmation from booking.com - they were still able to get me a room that night.

There was a group of young hockey players that were in the hallways after 10pm, it made it hard to get my kids to sleep and stay asleep with them in the hallways running up and down and yelling to each other.

Staff was very cordial. Very clean grounds, common areas, dining area and room. Breakfast was filling but a little bland. I realize when cooking for so many different palates, and possible food reactions, the food cannot be over spiced. I would like to see different sauces for the eggs and potatoes besides packets of “Texas Pete”. I know, bring my own. I usually do but……

We booked two queen beds and were given double/full sized instead. I’m 6’5” tall 240 lbs. I need a minimum of a queen. Additionally, the beds would not line up with the wall-mounted headboard as the beds were too small thus further proving the beds were too small.

Breakfast was adequate with bagels, toast fruit & cereal. The use of disposal plates & cutlery was disappointing with no effort at recycling.

If bio degradable & recycling utensils are provided, then a real effort to support differential rubbish bins is required.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The room and facility were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room size was huge for the price that I paid. I was so surprised when i walked in. Great location!

I wish there were more options for breakfast. However, this wasn't a deal breaker because it tasted good. Great coffee!

This facility did not disappoint! Staff members were beyond friendly, but only in a good way. The room, lobby and pool were each meticulously clean. The bed was luxuriously comfortable and clean. Though I know it wasn't true, it appeared that I was the first guest to stay in my room. There was NO evidence of previous guests!

The breakfast bar was not the best I've had. I always love when there is a pitcher of ice water. And I would have liked more fruit options.

All the staff were extremely nice and wanted to ensure you had a nice stay. Michelle was one of the best we have seen over the years working the check in desk!! Very nice, pleasant and wanted to ensure our stay was the best!!

Absolutely nothing!!

The breakfast was between o.k. & good because some FREE breakfast included is better than no breakfast . A little more attention by the breakfast attendant is needed due to breakfast items running out at least an hour before breakfast time is over (10 a.m. ) & no replenishment done of the item. Oatmeal soupy one morning & too thick ( just needed some water added ) the next. Location of hotel & proximity to activities is great.

The fact that an adult roach was found crawling on the microwave/ frig unit was disturbing and reported to hotel desk personnel. I don't feel an extreme extermination is in order but at least bug spray the wooden unit down. If it was a serious problem I'm sure we would have seen more than one. It was killed.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable room, nice pool. Breakfast was fresh and replenished constantly. Location perfect for our purpose to cycle Heritage trail.

Only reason I have a 9 and not a 10. Our trash was not emptied in 4 nights

Clean, updated, near SAT testing site for our son. Friendly staff and great comfy common areas. The king sized room , we got our son taking his test, was larger than photos.

Our ac kept clicking on/off in our room, hopefully it will get changed , I didn’t sleep.
