The only thing we did not care for was that our bed was too soft and not supportive of my bad back. I asked at the front desk if different rooms came with different firmness of mattresses and she said no but that some mattresses had softer toppers than others. It would be great if one could choose to have a more supportive bed or topper for back issues. I would go to turn over in bed and rolled right out of this one. The other thing is that there is no real sign on the road to show where to turn to get to the hotel. My GPS took me a route and told me the hotel was on my right and it was but there was no way to get there from that highway. Once I got on the road I needed to be on, there was no sign whatever saying "turn here" to get the hotel! I am sure they lose a lot of guests that way.

I will definitely be staying here again the next time I pass through. This place is very clean and smells good. I couldn't even tell it was pet friendly. Also was greeted by Jay at the front desk. Very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. He really made you feel comfortable and welcomed.

I truly can not say there was not one thing I didn't like about this place. I loved my stay here.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel everyone was friendly very clean and it felt like a family environment. They were really good with my puppy and as you could tell from the pictures he was loving it and comfortable as ever we thank you and appreciate it everything you have done.

There was nothing I didn't like everything was wonderful.

The staff was awesome. We asked for an extra chair and they just gave us a key for the room next door so we could grab one. They also let us do a late check out which was great for us. The place was clean and well stocked. An oven or toaster oven would have been nice. They have some grills in a covered gazebo which was fun to grill one night of our stay.

A continental breakfast would have been nice. They have a little snack shop with free coffee, but the other items are pricey. The pool was very slippery, I think too much chlorine because it was worse near the jets. But the pool was nice.

Loved the kitchenette, and lots of hot water, whether for the kitchen or the bathroom... never ran out of hot water.

USB plug in the bedside stand didn't work. Had to go to the front desk to ask for more coffee. Maybe have at least a 2 day supply of coffee, bot regular and decaf?

The customer service I received was premier and Jay at the front desk was exceptional in helping me during my stay. He went over and above to make sure my stay was nothing less than exceptional. His kindness and spirit of servitude is genuine.

I would like to say how Jay at the front desk was super generous and very very polite to everyone. Jay and his team are apart of the reason I’ll be returning. I appreciate his genuineness kind words and excellent service. Thank you again

The pillows were sooo comfortable and the rooms are just impressive. I truly felt at home.

The bed actually made my back hurt. If that would have been an adjustable for hard/soft mattress, it would have been great. Also, i was looking for a hotel with an indoor pool. I booked through booking.com and on their pictures, you still have one. I was upset when i arrived after i found out there wasn't one.

Bathtub drain did not hold water. Could not find any dishwasher detergent, but no big deal. USB plug in was hard to find and was loose. It worked sometimes and not others

I booked 3 rooms, family group in town for my mom's burial, and 1 room had dirty sheets and bedspread, and both beds in that room, the desk clerk was very accommodating and gave us clean sheets to put on....... other than that it was good stay
