Located right off a main road. Clean!!!! Room was nice size. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast options were good, too! The coffee was delicious and I want one of the pancake makers in my kitchen. You simply wave your hand and the pancakes magically appear!!! (lol) There are also plenty of restaurants and shopping near by.

Not a dislike but a suggestion, perhaps move the smoker’s receptacle to another location. We were a bit leery when we arrived and saw a few people standing outside of the entrance smoking. We had to walk past them to enter the building. During our stay, someone was usually there smoking when we passed by. Not a good look.

I thought that this hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. Overall I thought everything was clean and the man who checked us in was friendly. They were going through renovations, and I believe we had a renovated room because it was very nice! We did not hear any noise from renovations when we were there though, so that was great. I would have given a 10, but when I went to take a shower the water would not get warm. I didn't really mind because we had a jacuzzi tub in our room as well, so I used that and the water was fine. We will definitely be staying here again as long as the prices continue to be affordable. The bed was VERY comfortable and we slept like a baby! lol

The water was not hot in the regular bathroom. If we wouldn't have had the extra jacuzzi tub, it would have made it more upsetting since we were in a hurry to get ready to go somewhere we had a reservation to.

The king size bed and en suite whirlpool tub were both absolutely fabulous, and the primary features which drew us to this property.

Breakfast was typical hotel fare. It was certainly nothing fancy, but it was edible, and came free of charge with our stay.

I like the way the management handled personal situations. I was having difficulty turning on the tv and I called down to the front desk and the receptionist heard my concern and immediately came up to my room(within 3 minutes) and helped me turn on the television. Then in the morning at breakfast he noticed me and asked is my television still working!!

The fitness room was missing a few dumbbells and the equipment was outdated, but I wasn't expecting a Planet Fitness or LA Fitness so I guess this was ok.

Clean and staff was friendly. Our room was super spacious and had everything we needed and wanted.

Beds had a metal frame and was very noisy when ever you moved.

I read reviews and was a little nervous about my stay. But everything was great breakfast every morning and coffee and juice all day was convenient Staff was delightful rooms were clean and maintained was quiet as well Thank you and your staff for making it a delightful stay...will stay again highly recommend

Parts of the parking lot needs work when it rains pooling was a problem but not a.deal breaker

Large room, comfortable beds. Convenient location close to shops and restaurants.

Hotel is under renovation, the hallways were dusty and unfinished from construction work. Bedroom looked renovated, but smelled like it was a smoking room before, only noticed the smell when you first walk into the room.

Nicely redone recently, nice staff, very convenient to the fairgrounds.

Breakfast provided was only fair, but acceptable.

overall my stay there met my expectations the room was really clean, the staff was nice that was a plus and very helpful

the toilet in the room was hard to flush ,the entrance to the property where you enter the hotel could use some sprucing up like power washing the sidewalks cleaning the glass doors to the entrance would be nice ,there is an area across from the hotel where people congregate was not pleasant actually made me uncomfortable
