Hotel was perfectly fine. Clean and comfortable.

We arrived at the hotel around 10:30pm and despite having already pre-paid for the booking the staff told me that they almost cancelled my booking. If they had done this they would have simply pocketed my money, which was already at an up charged rate due to a concert happening in the area, and caused my wife and I to not have any place to stay at 10:30pm after a very long day. I don't understand what the point of pre-paying for the room while also choosing a location with 24/7 staff is if you cannot check-in at a later time. Aside from that place was fantastic.

The professionalism of your Front Desk Staff!! OUTSTANDING!!! My wife and I were in a difficult situation because we were coming in from the Philippines and because of flight delays, our 4-day visit to see family became a few hours. But your Staff was so understanding and sincere to our situation and their emails brought sunshine during a very rainy issue. Again our thank you to your Staff who were fantastic!!!

The shortness of our stay from 4 days to several hours. Not the Hotel fault. Airline issues!

Hotel was clean, room was tidy and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in at a hotel ever. Price was great, location was convenient, and I wish I could have tried the breakfast and other amenities. We had to leave to early and arrived too late. The pressure in the shower was fantastic and I loved that they had the pump bottles for shampoo, condition, and body wash. I also loved that the room had a microwave, fridge, iron, and ironingboard.

Nothing really. The bathroom floor tile was a little wonky, but that was a super minor blemish.

The property was well kept. The staff were friendly. The lobby was very clean and our room was clean. The maintenance and cleaning crew did a good job.

It was difficult to find. Your sign at the bottom needs to be painted and more visible. We were in room 111, there seems to be a mold spot in the upper left-hand part of the ceiling. The room seems to be a little damp. For the breakfast, I would like to recommend that there would be more fruit, and yogurt. It seemed a little sparse.

Everyone friendly and the Handicap assessable room was clean as well as the bathroom... I really liked the many grab bars for bathing with my handicap and the tub was nice and low

I wish you could close the curtains closed as the sunlight in the morning beams in awakening you. I really dislike that. The beds were comfortable but the bed ruffle looked too large and dragged on the floor causing tripping over it. My other gripe was the height of the shower head ... Not sure if I could remove it or not to be able to spray over body instead of standing and turning around to reach areas

We stay here every time we come to Pennsylvania. Housekeeping is amazing. Those ladies really do a fantastic job. Lisa, who I saw working breakfast as well as front desk, handled a manchild who was throwing a temper tantrum. The patience that she showed, I never would have had. It sits right above a Hardee’s and right across from a dollar store. Many other places are less than 30 minutes away.

My only complaint is that they got rid of the pool

The first night there was a really loud group of people in the room next to me. The next morning, the manager found me another room, and the housekeeping staff helped me move. My daughter, who was driving 5 hours to meet me, had a wreck turning into the hotel parking lot. She thought she may have had to leave her car for up to a week before it could be towed to her home, and the manager graciously allowed her to do it. Luckily, she was able to leave a day later. Having a supportive staff in a crisis was wonderful!

The room was clean. I asked for a quiet room and I received that until my next door neighbors decided to have a discussion about having children at 230 am. The bed was comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

The staff was not as inviting as I would have liked. If I had to rate the staff during my stay, I would suggest re-onboarding the staff. Coach the staff that the guests are that...GUESTS. They should be top priority, not an inconvenience.

Super friendly staff. All three of my kids got sick our first night there. We had to switch rooms. Front desk was kind and quick about moving us. When I thanked housekeeping and apologized that they'd walked into that mess first thing in the morning they assured me it wasn't a problem and asked how the kids were feeling. The pool and room were clean. The hotel was quiet and sits on a hill. We will stay again every time we come North.

I literally didn't have a single negative experience all week.

Had a bad smell at the side door for my car with a bunch of junk in it, the treadmill was out of order so I had to walk around the building to get my steps in and I’m still waiting for my refund because they overcharged me
