Hotel was clean, room was tidy and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in at a hotel ever. Price was great, location was convenient, and I wish I could have tried the breakfast and other amenities. We had to leave to early and arrived too late. The pressure in the shower was fantastic and I loved that they had the pump bottles for shampoo, condition, and body wash. I also loved that the room had a microwave, fridge, iron, and ironingboard.

Nothing really. The bathroom floor tile was a little wonky, but that was a super minor blemish.

Everyone friendly and the Handicap assessable room was clean as well as the bathroom... I really liked the many grab bars for bathing with my handicap and the tub was nice and low

I wish you could close the curtains closed as the sunlight in the morning beams in awakening you. I really dislike that. The beds were comfortable but the bed ruffle looked too large and dragged on the floor causing tripping over it. My other gripe was the height of the shower head ... Not sure if I could remove it or not to be able to spray over body instead of standing and turning around to reach areas

We stay here every time we come to Pennsylvania. Housekeeping is amazing. Those ladies really do a fantastic job. Lisa, who I saw working breakfast as well as front desk, handled a manchild who was throwing a temper tantrum. The patience that she showed, I never would have had. It sits right above a Hardee’s and right across from a dollar store. Many other places are less than 30 minutes away.

My only complaint is that they got rid of the pool

The first night there was a really loud group of people in the room next to me. The next morning, the manager found me another room, and the housekeeping staff helped me move. My daughter, who was driving 5 hours to meet me, had a wreck turning into the hotel parking lot. She thought she may have had to leave her car for up to a week before it could be towed to her home, and the manager graciously allowed her to do it. Luckily, she was able to leave a day later. Having a supportive staff in a crisis was wonderful!

Super friendly staff. All three of my kids got sick our first night there. We had to switch rooms. Front desk was kind and quick about moving us. When I thanked housekeeping and apologized that they'd walked into that mess first thing in the morning they assured me it wasn't a problem and asked how the kids were feeling. The pool and room were clean. The hotel was quiet and sits on a hill. We will stay again every time we come North.

I literally didn't have a single negative experience all week.

The room was clean. I asked for a quiet room and I received that until my next door neighbors decided to have a discussion about having children at 230 am. The bed was comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

The staff was not as inviting as I would have liked. If I had to rate the staff during my stay, I would suggest re-onboarding the staff. Coach the staff that the guests are that...GUESTS. They should be top priority, not an inconvenience.

The breakfast at almost every motel is about the same. Very boring. Bread selection is poor. Mostly I don’t like the flimsy utensils. Staff is good about keeping everything stocked. As a tea drinker in the minority not a good selection but excellent that you have a machine that dispenses hot water instead of the thermos type that always makes the tea water taste like stale coffee

The room looked like a suite, even though it was not. There was a good amount of space and the bed was a king so I was able to get a good nights rest. I also enjoyed the staff they were very comforting and helpful.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that in my room, the television remote didn’t really work, and I couldn’t locate the streaming services. I could have gone down to the lobby to get help, but it was not that serious to me.

This has become my go-to accommodation a north-south road trip. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast exceeds expectations every time. A HUGE safety plus for the hearing impaired is the in-room flashing fire alarm. We have a deaf family member and I take note of these precautions.

The third shift audit seems a little off , I went to complain about a broken shower head 🚿 and he just stared at me no agnoligment no nothing it was kind of creepy... psycho like 🔪 besides that the stay was awesome.
