The room was nice. We couldn't figure out the exhaust fan but it was ok. The pressure in the shower was nice. The TV was cool, the fridge didn't get real cold....or really cold at all. The bed was comfortable. the pull out couch was comfortable. Maria on the night shift was very good. She made right what wasn't taken care of and comped us a breakfast. It was a nice quiet stay even though there was a sports event going on. The Jacuzzi was not working, the grounds were clean. I would come here again, to Mayberry out the breakfast again because the first attempt wasn't very good

The room was clean and extremely comfortable. I also loved in the morning when I called to the front desk for extra wash rags she immediately brought them to the room. She was very professional and nice. I do not remember her name but she was a beautiful African American woman with an Afro and glasses.

The front desk was very courteous. When our room wasn't ready he moved us to another room( bigger) with no hassle. The restaurant food was delicious and the bar tender was excellent. Definitely will be back.

We didn't get to try pool or hot tub cause it was busy with kids and no parents. Not the hotels fault.

The location is very convenient, walking distance from a 24 hr diner, they do have room service with food and bar but you have to go down and get it, not really a big deal. The pool and work out area are very nice and it is in doors. Over all this is literally the best place in York PA that I could find. There is another but it's an extended stay and it's a lot more $$, & doesn't have an in door pool, it has an outdoor one and PA gets cold. I would stay here again!

Breakfast is suppose to be included but I was charge an extra $10.60..... room service is not provided unless you specially ask for it, I don't mind making the beds & cleaning up after myself but fresh towels daily would have been at least better then none. I think they should leave maybe a questionnaire on door to ask if you need fresh towels, TP etc and maybe just leave them in a bag on your door.

Toilet had no fan and needed repair for handle. Tub has high sides to step in for whirlpool, would be hard for older guests. Elevators were quirky, buttons didn’t work well and stopped on random floors. Other guests had smelly food that traveled into room, not much to do about that.

From the first greeting of Welcome from the reception front desk administrator Jennifer,, along with Her boss,, and co-workers their warmth and welcome made you feel from the start that your stay would have a wonderful experience. Each employee was very kind and and courteous. The rooms were extreamly clean and the bed was so comfortable. This was our first hotel stay since COVID-19 in 2 years and all standards for safety protocol were securely in place.. The location was great close to resturants, shopping, and sight seeing. They exceed in the excellent gift of customer service to all of us travelers and to their community. Thank you so very much for the touch of love, compassion for in all you do to provide excellent customer service to weary travelers.

Very clean updated rooms. Safe location. Many parking spots to accommodate guest. Loved the fact that you have a bar on the grounds. Rooms updated with large fog resistant bathroom mirror you can sinc your phone through it, which allowed you to play music listen to the news while getting ready. Extra Large tv in bedroom along with a sofa. Very comfortable room and super clean. Wasn't afraid to take off shoes. I even joined the club for future stays with them. A+++ rating. Bravo.

Only thing I didn't like was the difference in pricing for breakfast. Not a big deal for a few extra bucks, But front desk charging 10 plus tax per person web site and a sign on the buffet said 8 per person and that included tax. IMO remove the sign at the buffet table and change the web description if you will be charging more. Again 7 dollars more didn't really affect my budget.

We love this hotel and stay often when visiting family. We love everything like the beds, showers, pool and jacuzzi are a plus! The bar and food there is delicious!

The only thing i didn't like was the situation with breakfast. When i booked the place ut said breakfast included with reservation. However, at breakfast i was told i needed a voucher for free breakfast. Lady at front desk just gave me a voucher, so not really sure what the problem was.

The dinner was divine, especially for the price. Breakfast in the morning was standard fare but very tasty and customizable. Really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend.
