We loved that the location was close to where we needed to be and that they were able to get us checked in later and checked out later. The room was very comfortable and very spacious!

We didn’t like that some of the lights were not working or didn’t have a bulb. There was a beetle of some kind on the drapes. Then when we opened up the bed we saw little hairs and dirt on the bed. We also found a dirty toilet paper at the foot of the bed. If those things could be looked at then we would be happy to stay again there!

The staff was really nice. My kiddo wanted apple juice after breakfast was done. So the front desk gentlemen turned on the machine so my kiddo could get some. My son also has a peanut allergy. The staff was patient with us as we asked questions and checked ingredients.

The bed wasn't very comfy. It was pretty firm and sunken in spots from wear. The TV signal was very bad.

The facility is a fairly new/newer or updated facility. The furnishings are updated and fairly new. The staff that we interacted with was pretty curtious & polite.

There are areas of the rooms that could be cleaned better. Had a slight issue with an unclean room and had to be relocated to another room.

We liked the size of the room and having a separate room from the kids.

Some crumbs in the fold up bed, no biggie. We asked for an extra blanket & pillow: no, we don’t have any extra!! Huh? But all in all was a good experience. Pool not operating but tells you that in app to begin with.

An incredibly clean and quiet location, and the room had a separate living area and bedroom, separated by a small hallway with a bath in the middle. Way more space than the average room. Stayed on the top floor and it was perfectly quiet and peaceful the entire stay. Would book again.

My stay here was great. Easy check in. The girl that's always there to check in is absolutely amazing and wonderful. It's also very quiet. Love the location. This is my favorite hotel here and I will always book a room to stay.

The location is perfect, the staff is wonderful.

The bottom sheet was too small revealing a stained mattress. The mattress could have used a thick, comfy topper. The a/c unit could not cool the room, despite leaving the curtains closed to decrease solar heat, and the curtains were missing the sheers. The pool is being refurbished. And, the room rate changed every night. We have stayed here twice before in the same style room, and the beds were more comfortable. The inconsistencies may be due to the challenges caused by the pandemic, so we will try to stay here again since the location is very convenient

I could not get the AC to work and Shirley took the time to come to the room and show me what to do she was very helpful and really so friendly! The world needs more "Shirleys"

Nothing everything was great!

Loved the set up and how roomy it was convienient to nice places to eat and shop. I loved my room im planning another trip in april and hope to be able to have the same room

Nothing i did have a problem with hot water but it was fixed immediately upon my reporting it

It was very clean and smelled real nice. Even had really clean sheets and towels.

I Don't have anything bad to say. Everyone was polite, and the custodians were very busy keeping it clean. It smelled very good.
