Located right along Rt 30 near downtown, York, PA. The hotel is across from a shopping mall and casino. Numerous retail, restaurant, and gas station options are nearby. You get a coupon for a discount meal at Texas Roadhouse, which is next door. Fantastic Springettsbury Park and Playground is across the street and is great for families. Daily hot breakfast buffet. Food is restocked frequently and they almost never run out - just don't show up 10 minutes before closing. Daily choice of hot/cooked Egg option, a meat/sausage, and potato/hashbrown options. Cold Cereals/Hot Oatmeal. Fruit Bowl. Yogurt Cups. Bread/Bagel/Muffin/Danish Selection w/ Toasters. Waffle Station w/ 2 varieties. Juice/Coffee. Seating is available in the lobby to eat. Outdoor seasonal pool. The rooms and clean, and the beds are comfy. The hotel is always busy but quiet. Friendly, polite staff!

The rooms get pricy around holiday weekends/seasonal events.

The only thing I didn’t enjoy about the property was how small the breakfast area was, The dinning area wasn’t too bad, but the room to get the food was so packed and so long we ended up going to Cracker Barrel instead

Room was clean, requested extra pillows and blanket which was provided. Front desk staff made check in quick and easy and were really friendly.

The bed was a little hard compared to what we are used to but better than other places we stayed. No napkins or plates for reheating meals in the room provided microwave.

Clean & quiet

Their was an older caucasian woman that offended myself as well as another group of people that were staying at the hotel, because at 11 PM we were laughing in the lobby lounge area, and she rudely came and told us to bring the noise down and quiet down. That was offensive, because none of us were children. It was all adults, and we were not being disorderly.

Really nice hotel! Glad we stayed here. -Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Plenty of space/storage, good working fridge/microwave. fabulous hot shower! -Solid WiFi connection 24/7 -Location is great. Having the park and playground across the street for kids/pets/outdoor time is awesome. -Texas Roadhouse and Issac's are both great to eat at, and you get a discount. -Well-staffed hotel, and the front desk is friendly, engaging, and helpful. New towel/trash takeaway in a snap! -Outdoor pool is decent size, clean, and in good repair -Good hot breakfast available. Always get to the choice of egg dish/breakfast meat/potato, 2 kinds of hot waffles you make, oatmeal, cold cereals, bagels, etc. -Love the 24/7 coffee and hot tea in the lobby -- as someone who was working till 3-4 am that was great to have!

Breakfast was great but was a tad limited on some days vs. others. The hotel only had yogurt available on Sat, but none available on Sun & Monday. Really would have like to have yogurt available all the time, would have been nice for the kids. Same with OJ. They ran out after Saturday and only have Apple/Grape/Flavored water for the other two days. Better supply on yogurt and OJ each morning would have been nice! Limited fruit selection -- only bananas and apple for fresh fruit Danish/Pastries are pre-packaged and kinda sad looking.

Very clean and quiet. Super nice staff. Coupons for closest restaurants. Able to get Netflix on the TV.

The room seemed a bit stuffy. Had the heat set as low as it would go at 60 and it was still too warm.

The location was convenient for my purposes. Hotel was clean, room comfortable.

I would only suggest maybe shampooing or steaming the carpet and couch in the room. The carpet felt slick and a little sticky without slippers. Other than that, I would stay again and recommend it.

Best place in York that I have stayed at. I visit York 1-2 times a month and have tried about 15 hotels in the area.

Missing butter this weekend on the great free breakfast, only some kind of spread.

Need a night light in bathroom. Most hotels have them. Also, someone needs to check the tv remotes out. The one in our room worked when it wanted to. Had to keep pushing buttons.

Room was neat and clean. The staff was friendly. Location was convienent.

Breakfast attendant didn't replace empty food items in a timely fashion. Regular coffee pot was empty.
