First time staying at this hotel. Been using & staying at The Hampton Inn for about 30 yrs wherever I travel, but in the last two years I've seen signs of it slipping. Not clean enough, front desk service not good, etc. Found Best Western Heritage on Booking.com & was glad to have found it. The service , location, breakfast, and other amenities were all exceptional. I usually don't sleep well in hotel beds ( don't really know why ), but I slept like a baby each of the 4 nights we stayed here. Each day when we returned the front entrance reception area smelled devine. Spring cleaning with gentle cleaners tingled my noise, letting me know that no one was slacking in their duties. It was always a pleasant surprise.A large array of breakfast items daily with some items changing every day. For instant , 2 days there were omelets, one plain next day one with cheese. 3rd day poached eggs, & 4th day scrambled. Sausage patty, sausage links, then bacon with fresh u make pancakes , fresh u make waffles, crisp potatoes, cereals, danishes, bacon, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, bagels , toast, and fruit. The whole gamut. Not one of those places that say they serve breakfast but it's only continental. My grands & I never even had to eat lunch because they could bring a breakfast bar & a piece of fruit with them. Room cleaned everyday. Not like some places that will only clean if you ask or if you are leaving. I was impressed & have given up my Hampton Inn card. No turning back for me now. You treat me good & I'll return. You treat me bad, acting like I should take whatever service you Dish out & I'll take my money and go somewhere else. Thanks, Best Western Heritage for being the somewhere else I could turn to and not get the shaft.

The only thing that possibly cld have been better was that the pool had not opened up yet for the season. We were in town during Spring Break.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and maids went out of their way leaving cute towel swans. High quality towels and very clean facility.

Wish we had more control over the HVAC unit - I like a constant fan option. Shower's fancy settings might have been fun, but would prefer more water volume if I had to choose one or the other. Not a fan of the minimalist decor that is popular with hotels today. The lack of carpeting while cleaner, removes a sound absorbing material that could have dampened sounds coming through the hallways.

After a long flight, arriving late evening, it was great to be welcomed by the lovely Tay (I hope that's right!) she checked us in and informed us about all that was available and more. The room was spotless, TV huge and the two large comfortable beds were a treat after the flight. The breakfast buffet was as expected - providing something for everyone. A short stay, we left early the following morning, but we would definitely stay again if in the area.

Nothing - it delivered on all promises

Just stayed the weekend here and let me tell you. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. My son and I were in town for his AAU tournament. The location is perfect. A gas station/convenience store and McDonald's is right across the street. The hot breakfast was great and the front desk staff was very pleasant and professional. The game room is awesome and the gym is out of this world. And the best thing is that they have a washer and dryer for you to use. It's $1.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry. So I was able to wash my suns basketball uniform. Stay here and ignore the negative reviews. I'll be back Best Western Plus. ♥️♥️♥️

I loved it.

The staff was friendly, the outside grounds were clean. But, the highlight was the bartender, Ian (Ean) not sure spelling. he was fantastic. Easy on, easy off the highway.

The room floors were dirty, especially the bathroom floor. needs a good mopping. Was happy that it's not carpeted. The game room for the kids can use some updates and maybe a machine or two more.

Great Location! Right off of the highway but tucked away. No road noise. Bed was really comfortable. Staff was amazing.

We ended up in the honeymoon suite. Room was a tad dirty. Some dust and dirt near the TV. Shower curtain had seen better days. Should be replaced. Our room was a little dated. Not enough to leave me with a bad opinion though. Just a little critique.

The hotel was a little bit out of town but was modern clean and had good facilities. Small but friendly bar area. The seating area for the buffet breakfast offered with a good variety was a bonus too. Reception were very helpful. Iron, hairdryer and fridge in room. Good size room.

We did not have a car so location out of town a little difficult but we used uber which solved that issue.

We needed an accessible room - walk-in shower. Miserable shower to use. The shower head is too large and too heavy and too smooth to get a good grip. The shower curtain is TOO SHORT and drips OUTSIDE the enclosure !!! This GUARANTEES that water will splash out on the floor, making it dangerous to walk. Very difficult to control direction of spray since the clamp that SHOULD hold the shower head in place on the pole did not stay where we put it, AND the pivot that holds the HEAVY shower head did not stay in place. The width of the wood seat also ensures that the curtain will hang outside the enclosure. Also, an accessible room should have a high toilet, not a standard one. Will not stay there again unless these issues are fixed.

The room was nice. Front desk pleasant and helpful. The gym was very nice. Good location.

We had to change rooms due to air conditioner wasn't functioning. Luckily they had a similar room. It was cool to have a game room but wish there were more in there and a few things didn't work. The inside pool was closed. The lady at the breakfast area was not pleasant.

The cleanliness of the hotel was awesome! Check in and check out were super simple. Staff was very friendly.

We reported that the sink in the kitchenette did not have any cold water. It only had hot which was scalding and too dangerous to use. We never had it fixed during our stay nor did we get any feedback on it.
