The staff were all friendly and approachable. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was good. The room was comfortable and clean. I used the hot tub and the exercise room and both were adequate. The extra pillow and blanket provided in the closet were both used and great to have.

The super soft pillows are uncomfortable to me. I would prefer that the hotel invest in smart TV's so we can watch what we like. There was some noise at night up after 10 pm with children running around.

Front desk people were wonderful, breakfast was great. The room was very quiet to the point that I didn't realize there was a huge thunderstorm going on with wind and rain, and was quite shocked when I finally did hear some thunder and looked out window. That impressed me that the building was built to be quiet.

Everything was exceptional. A uniquely positive customer service of our stay was that there was ALWAYS a staff person at the front desk and appreciated the cheerful greetings and just knowing someone was right there for us!

The pool and whirlpool. Free hot breakfast. Later checkout time. Doorstop. Peep hole cover. Assistance from front desk with noise complaint.

Cleaning was going on while getting breakfast. Felt like I was in the way and afraid to eat there. There was no cleaning service on our first day, so we had trash and wet towels.

It was convenient to the state park where family was staying and also to Gettysburg. Plenty of restaurant options nearby and shopping to pick up a few forgotten items. The breakfast had a lot of options. The shower had great water pressure and got so hot!! Staff were kind and attentive.

Front desk staff was always very accommodating and gave us a close room to front door which made our coming and going so much easier than walking the hall. Breakfast was great.

The barn door as the bathroom door. Didn’t keep out the light to those sleeping. Noisy. Need a bathroom door that closes for privacy

Very clean facility, friendly staff, easy to get in and out of the parking lot, room was perfect size, bathroom was very clean.

Pillows were too soft. Even stacking multiple pillows they were too soft and uncomfortable. Fitted sheet did not fit well. As soon as my wife and I laid down it popped off the corners. We made due and didn’t let it ruin our stay.

We had a 80th birthday party for a family member and the staff was so kind. The breakfast every morning was great one of the best we've ever had . thank you❤👏Amazing

Would’ve liked a little more variety with the breakfast offerings. Maybe you offer more on the weekends, I don’t know. I stayed during the week.
