My family really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was extremely nice. Our room was very clean and bed so comfy. The complimentary breakfast was also really good and had a nice variety of a spread. Overall, we would highly recommend Tru hotel and would definitely stay again in the future!

The only thing I would say that could make this hotel better would be if they added a pool. :)

Great people. Location right off the main interstate. Close to some restaurants and shopping. Cool design, which included a pool table and connect four in the lobby.

Only 3 pillows for a room with 2 adults. Most hotels have 4. And 2 of the pillows were square and not normal size. Alos the light on the ceiling blinked literally every 12 seconds.

The non-daily clean up of the parking lot, sorry people have to be messy and leave things behind.

1.Need variety of teas including white and herbal for those of us with heart problems; 2. Need dumbbells and recumbent cycle in fitness room.

The location was great. It was very clean and the staff was incredibly nice.

The AC was very noisy clicking on and off. I am grateful there was AC, but it woke me up every time it clicked because it was so loud. So I didn’t sleep well at all.

Great location for our needs

Caulk around shower needed replacing. Pool wasn’t open and water was green. We expected to be able to use the pool. Very disappointing.

I liked the game area you guys have set up; the area where you can purchase snacks and drinks is set up nicely.

Breakfast was great. Always like bananas but you did not have them. Staff was wonderful. Loud band sound both nights in the middle of the night could not figure out where it was coming from.

Nothing to eat, checked in about 10:45 nothing to eat around or in hotel.

The only saying that I had an issue with is in room 314. The air conditioning unit is so loud you could not even hear the TV but it was nice and cool.

Our young lady that checked us in and then out the next morning had customer skills that were absolutely fabulous off the charts.

The pillows were horrible like sleeping on pancakes
