Staff was professional and eager to make me feel at home even though I have a severe allergy to animals, the young lady went beyond the call of duty to ensure my comfortability.

Television system was a bit confusing and difficult to operate.

I loved the price and the lovely lady at the counter. So nice. Room was simple, but clean and surprisingly quiet. Had a small bar, a Denny’s, and a gas station near by. Will return. Thanks

The outside both from and in the rear makes this place look shabby. It an easy fix. Pull some weeds and tidy up.

Staff were on top of getting things handled when an incident happened.

Rooms need to have more routine maintenance on piping. Drain pipe in the upstairs bathroom broke and spilled into our room.

The front staff is always extremely friendly and respectful. As well as staff does a great job of keeping the property free of people that are not actually renting rooms. That is very appreciated these days.

It would be nice if they had weekly or monthly deals.

Room was super clean. Bed was freshly made and very clean. Very basic, but you get what you pay for. Good value , especially when you consider the cheap price. Other similarly priced places in local area do not come close to matching value or cleanliness.

Nothing really negative about experience here. Lady at front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was helped immediately and very expeditiously. No complaints.

Conveniently located off I-5, outside of town. Within walking distance of restaurants amd convenience stores. This hotel has some of the best rates in town.

The $100 that is required to be placed on hold on your account in addition to the room charge. I can see if someone is paying cash then this would be a legitimate charge to recoup any damages. Now I have to wait for that hold to be cleared off my account.

It was clean, organized. We loved the size of the room, we loved the couch that was a really nice bonus. The bed was our favorite. It was so soft. Basically our dream bed.

I understand that this is an older building, however the neighbor had a large dog that barked most of the night. When we checked out there was no one in the office for us to turn the key into. I ended up just leaving the key on the counter with a note stating we had left. 9:24am on 1/22/23

Property was pretty decent for the price paid.

The bathroom did not have door but it had curtain. Property was right on freeway so expect some noise of cars passing by

The room was amazing and the bed so comfortable. staff was super nice and right across the street there is two conscience stores for snacks and goodies. The place is under construction which wasn’t a bother at all it’s exciting to see how great it’s going to be!
