Everyone at the front desk and housekeeping was exceptional with any help. The breakfast was the best we've ever had when included with stay. More options and extras. All was very clean.

Walls were thin when people next door just talked loudly and non-stop for 1.5 hours as if they were at a party. However, at 10 pm, I called the front desk and they took care of it.

The property is well kept and clean both inside and out. Our room was spacious and contained clean, appliances that were in good condition. The provided bath products were nice, not too strongly scented and didn’t feel stripping or irritating even for my sensitive skin, they even had body lotion and makeup wipes which is more than most places I’ve booked with. We did not check out the pool or workout area, but Breakfast had great variety and non-dairy options.

The only criticisms we could even think of was the water pressure in the shower was pretty lackluster regardless of the spray setting. Still got the job done though. Additionally breakfast did not have much available for someone on a keto diet, only a few low carb, sugar free options (eggs, water, and sausage).

AMAZING STAFF ! We celebrated my son’s birthday in the pool area and they helped us by opening courtyard up and giving us a folding table to use for the party …going above and beyond! Melissa was great and the desk clerk who checked us in on 6/9 was so amazing (wish I knew name… she needs recognition) she even left a birthday goody bag for my son in the room..ALSO LOVED the pool and LOVED The BUNKBEDS.. we picked this Hoyle because of the bunkbeds!

Only negative was that the bathrooms were outside the pool area and there was no window on the door it had 2 doors to go through actually so if somebody went out to use the bathroom without the card to get in they got stuck out there because it had 2 doors to go through so you can’t hear a knock you would have to actually go outside the hotel and around the back to the other pool door to be seen or heard to get back inside! Also a hot tub would have been nice … and breakfast was average but LOVED EVERYTHING ELSE!

We loved our stay at the La Quinta! Our favorite part was the spacious room with a King bed with bunk bed! We slept great & the beds were very comfortable. The lobby with hot chocolate 24/7 was also a nice touch . The front desk lady who worked in the evenings was especially excellent, going above & beyond to help us and was very friendly!

We would have loved if the breakfast on weekdays went until 10am instead of 9 :)

Check-in was quick. Room was ready, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the best we had at a hotel on this trip. I wish I had noticed that this hotel had a pool, because I would have packed differently.

Google maps doesn't know how to navigate to this hotel, even though it is adjacent to the I-5, so things must have changed recently in terms of road patterns, fencing, etc. On the upside, it led to us having a much better sense of the Centralia community than we expected to have.

This is the nicest La Quinta I have ever stayed in, the room was clean and well-stocked, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, nice selection of food.

Everything was really good, but there was quite a bit of dirt in the elevator area. I do realize that there were several baseball, soccer, and volleyball tournaments taking place. It just didn't look great with dirt in front of and in the elevators.

It’s a lovely facility, very fresh and modern. The Breakfast looked exceptional for a “breakfast included” hotel room. The grounds are also exceptional, wonderful place to take my dog. It even has EV chargers! I will definitely stay here again.

The irrigation system on the dog area tended to flood the ground,- just a small problem as there are many other areas to walk your dog.

The motel has just opened and everything is very new and nice. It has a very pretty and well stocked breakfast area. The shower and the bed were great.

The access is a little weird. The address is Mellen Street but you can't access it from Mellen from the I5 exit. Google maps needs to be updated to show how to get to the entrance

The hotel is located in a quiet area, in the distance you can see the freeway but the noise doesn’t reach the hotel. The breakfast was good. I slept very well. The downtown is just a few minutes away.

I would have liked there to have banana at breakfast. There were apples and oranges.

Clean and comfortable bed

1) Lotion in shower gel bottle 2) Not enough TP and used a spare roll from our vehicle. 3) Wouldn’t answer the phone for both guest services and receptionist lines 4) Ice machine on our floor was not working
