I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this 2-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, the front desk attendant greeted me warmly and efficiently answered all my questions. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me; my room and bathroom were spotless, and the quality of the shampoos and conditioners left my hair shiny all day. The towels were fluffy and thick, adding to the comfort. Despite its location, the hotel was remarkably quiet; I didn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the highway. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, especially with the pancake-making machine and the availability of healthier options like boiled eggs. The room itself was spacious, providing ample space to relax. Overall, my experience here was fantastic. I would gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly accommodation option.

The coffee was disappointingly weak, more akin to water than a robust brew

Everything was superb. The facilities, cleanliness and quality were exceptional. The staff were all fabulous, and that includes the housekeepers, the breakfast lady and the front desk. The chap on front desk who checked us in and looked after us was tremendous. He was friendly, remembered our names and gave us really good tips on places to go. Don't know his name but he had a pony tail and guitar.

Nothing that I can think of.

Room was clean and had a table/chairs for dining as well as microwave and frig. It was right across the street from an excellent restaurant. Had plenty of vending machine options as well as close proximity to a gas station. We wanted for nothing.

Mattress was firm but cupped which the staff warned us it was due for replacement. It wasn't obvious when I first slept on it but it did make my back sore later because I'm a stomach sleeper. (The rooms on the first floor have new mattresses but we wanted the third floor anyway.)

Staff: super friendly! Breakfast: very good assortment. toasted bagels and pancake machine a plus.

Bike: could not take to the room per policy. had to store my bike in a locked storage closet. There should be baggage claim tags attached to the bikes to make sure the right one is claimed. Room HVAC had burning smell when the heater mode was turned on.

NIce variety of food for the complimentary breakfast which included four cereals, oatmeal, coffee and teas, pancake machine, bagels, juices, biscuits and fruit cups. Constantly replenished. The dining area is spotless and well maintained.

Having the hand washing area outside of the bathroom is not ideal, but not a game changer by any means.

The parking lot was great we were able to park close to our room and not carry our bags through the hotel. The location of the hotel to some of the main attractions in Gatlinburg, is very good. The view from our room was also very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The traffic getting to the hotel is awful. We were a bit surprised by that. We discovered we should have researched the area better. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as the wait for food was longer than we cared to wait.

We checked in late in the evening I’d say close to midnight so we had hopes to sleep in a little with check out being at 11. We were woke up by the house keeping vacuuming the room right next to ours at 8:30 am and other loud noises. Water pressure in shower could be better and maybe new mattresses but it was good for the night.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to satisfy any taste. I especially appreciated the coffee-to-go cups, which made my futher travel so much easier. Highly recommended!

I fell while exiting the front door and two of your desk clerks, one at time of fall and the other the next morning as that experience came up in conversation. Both were friendly, extremely helpful and comforting to this old lady.

Zero dislikes.

Very clean, simple, quiet accomodations. Room was spacious with space for people and bags. Front desk staff was helpful. Great continental breakfast with lots of options.

Beds were a little in the firm side, but no complaints otherwise.
