The rooms were nice, we stayed 4 days and the continental breakfast was good 👍 Also instead of them coming in the room we were told to leave garbage outside and they picked up right away, it was helpful in a way we wanted privacy since our baby takes naps during the day and left us undisturbed thank you for that option 😊

it was very nice clean room,great front desk and housekeeping was very pleasant, nice free breakfast made it very convenient.Love how they had laundry facilities available, Also having a refrigerator and microwave really helped too.Being within walking distance to the am/pm store and local restaurants was a big plus Will stay here again.😊

I have stayed other at other inexpensive hotels in the immediate area. This is the cleanest with bed sheets and pillows you get at an expensive hotel..Really comfortable beds.. It also had a limited but very decent free breakfast. The other hotels advertise a free breakfast, but it doesn't exist

My room, a nonsmoking room, smelled of smoke.

Location was optimal for our stay. Weekend and evening staff were always accommodating and helpful. Very quiet at night. If we needed towels, toilet paper, bags for trash, extending our stay, the afternoon lady or weekend couple were very accommodating. Rooms were clean, did not smell like drugs at all. Everything smelled nice and clean, breakfast every morning was awesome. AC worked great. Police maintaining presence was reassuring considering we are just off the highway. Food at surrounding establishments was fantastic. The bed was comfortable enough, pillows could be replaced though.

Toilet has a slow drain, electrical sockets on one wall didn’t work, nightstand light electrocuted me, bathroom light flickers and needs maintenance, shower head needs replacing as it is over calcified, carpet had Paige loose threads that need trimming back but not unexpected since they allow pets, room door needs painting from previous pet owners who have stayed, side door at night does not click shut causing a bit of a security issue, wish there was overnight staff. Room service cleaning was so slow we decided to just clean our room during our stay rather than opt to have it cleaned. Morning front desk lady spends first several hours applying makeup and grooming her hair rather than just showing up ready to go. When reporting problems with our room the blond young lady was very disinterested in receiving any information about issues. She was more interested in putting on makeup, doing her hair, or browsing her phone. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper, tissues, and soap the first night there because house keeping had not supplied those items. Ice maker works but leaked a lot of water and other vending machines didn’t work and were empty of product.

The gentleman at the check-in desk, was extremely friendly and helpful. He always had a smile on his face, positive attitude, and provided excellent customer service. He made my daughter and I feel right at home.

There were a few stains on the walls which I cleaned myself with a chlorox disinfecting wipe. Some of them would not come off. My daughter was disappointed the pool was outdoors and the weather was too cold to use it. The continental breakfast could be improved. It needed more variety and hot food options.
