Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great with a dedicated staff to make some customized dishes, on demand. Proximity of the hotel with plenty of attractions in Chehalis and Centralia (big and nice outlets available for shopping enthusiasts), making it very convenient as well for family with small kids. The pool and spa is a plus, to provide more relaxation alternatives. The proximity to the I5 highway makes it very convenient as well to go in & out.

Wifi connection was not stable for us, making it difficult for us. Maybe a wifi with passcode could help? Room services for longer stay could be done much complete, i.e cleaning/washing more often the bathtub.

Selection of breakfast was great variety, the rooms were clean, had the best water pressure in the shower, they always had coffee, tea or hot cocoa available. The staff was friendly and wanted my stay to be comfortable. When I noticed our first room wasn't cleaned properly they quickly moved us to a clean room of our liking and comfort. Our show dog's appropriated the hospitality and there outdoor potty area was nice and clean.

The only thing I would say that was a distraction mostly was the door to the room didn't offer good sound proof ability. We could hear everything outside or near the door. In the pet friendly rooms it would be nice to see a upgrade with that because I found it was a distraction for our furry guests in the middle of the night. But nothing a little insultion or new weather striping can fix. Oh I would also suggest putting a garbage can or ashtray outside near the pet area/parking lot. I saw that chew pouches, dental floss, cigar butt were on the ground near that area but not in that area... Assuming guests must of been too lazy to properly dispose of there trash....

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave recommendations for dinner. It was an excellent choice. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We decided we would be coming back again when we have a free day or two.

The elevator was out of service. In convenient when touvare on the third floor and 78 years old.

Staff were very kind and helpful..Gina was fantasic she took care of us right away paperwork was fast and simple. Gina is a great assest to BW. We felt right at home.

Elevator - It wasn't smooth ride or not waiting for a good time to close.

We used it as a stopover from Seattle/Mount Rainjer to the coast. Very helpful staff. The pool and the jacuzzi area are very nice. Large breakfast with your choice of Omelett and fresh waffles. Beds were super comfy.

The bed could have been more comfortable, we had issues our whole trip with unlocking our room door not sure if it was our key or our door lock.

Loved the breakfast that is provided. Carmen who made the to order custom omlettes at the omlette bar was awesome. Very clean eating area. Lots of choices. Something for everyone. Sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, baggles, fruit, cereals. Pastries, and more. Beds were very comfortable. Great pillows.

When we first got there, the floor we stayed on had some strange smells, possibly from another guest...smell did eventually get better. The soap, shampoo,, conditioner in the shower dispenser was difficult to get out so we just used the stuff we brought with us.

As a place to stay for me and my daughters en route to view My St Helen’s, this place was perfect and excellent value for money. We all slept comfortably, and the hot breakfast next morning was delicious and substantial. And in every instance, the staff were friendly and professional. A great experience.

Staff - front desk on phone or in person, they helped me facilitate my families as we came from AK, CO, & WA to gather for my mom, their grandma, & great grandmother’s celebration of life. Tough loss but we all felt at home staying in Best Western Plus-Chehalis.

I would not use Booking.com again because I did not get my questions answered. It tied the hands of the staff and they could not answer my room questions - I had 5.
