Rooms were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I mean, so comfortable I stayed a second night. No breakfast, but I really can't remember if there was supposed to be one anyway. There's a diner and fast food across the street. I will stay there again and I would recommend this hotel. Very quiet rooms

Really, it was a good stay. The only things I have bad to say are, I wish there was an outlet closer to the bed, in my room it was about six feet... not horrible. Soda machines were out of order.

The location is great with easy access and free parking. Our king room was spacious, clean, relatively quiet, and well equipped. The lobby also had complimentary coffee & snacks. There is a coffee store and a couple of restaurants close by and downtown is about a mile away. .

The large east facing patio door/window had only a broken vertical blind, insufficient to block the rising sun at 5am. For $300 per night I expect better than this. Also, our room was on the second floor and there's no elevator, so we had to drag our belongings up the stairs. Two bottles of complimentary Starbucks frappuccino's were in the room, though one had exceeded it's best by date

Clean spacious room. Nice to have the sink and coffee maker separate from the toilet and tub with shower. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were gracious and efficient. It's a really quiet location for being so close to the freeway--which makes it easy to find.

I have no complaints. The split-level design means most people don't have to use stairs to access their rooms.

I liked that it was freshly updated (tap entry, not dumb as ef ancient Neanderthal swipe, fresh paint, good ambiance). Lobby had some free stuff not expected in a 2 star hotel (free water, some snacks). Owner/manager was really willing and interested in improving customer service. Willing to listen to customer ideas. GENUINELY interested in customer satisfaction. It also had toothbrush/toothpaste in the room which was unexpected. Nice touch.

T.V. sat too low (I had to move microwaive and put TV on top of it), some channels were old letterbox (not 16 X 9). Other than those minor things, we really loved our stay. The place just had a nice feel to it. Good vibe. This, I believe, emanates from the owner/manager really caring about the customer experience.

I stayed some 5 yesterday ago and it was marginal at best, but stayed again for some days this week and was really surprised by the change. Rooms were comfortable and clean and quiet. Staff friendly and competent. They have better than average gratis room toiletries and coffee. While the water pressure was a little low, the shower head was clean and operable. Coffee shop very close,

Staff were wonderful. Allowed us to check in early which mattered because we arrived on bicycles and the temp was in the 90s. Treats and iced cucumber water in the lobby.

Castle Rock doesn't have much to offer if you are car free. Would have liked to have found an inn in the cute historic center. This was the closest.

I liked that it was quiet and off the beaten path. There weren’t too many people at this location when we stayed, but there were some people in the back rifling around and having people come in and out. Also, highly suggest when traveling to get a ROKU to plug into the HDMI port to watch Netflix, or stream what you like.

The beds were too soft, over worn and the room smelled slightly musty. Water takes a few minutes to get to a mediocre warm temp.

This provided us with a quiet overnight stop on the road home and we appreciated the very helpful staff who assisted us to park our small travel trailer immediately outside our room.

Our unit which was in the back of the property seemed to have a problem with lack of hot water and in spite of running the taps for a very lengthy period of time, the water never really warmed up.

The massager of the Inn went out of his way to make us feel very welcome and comfortable. He spoiled us with a treat in our room upon our arrival of cold drinks and chocolates. The room was beautiful, and the amenities were awesome. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was quiet. We will definitely book with this Inn again when traveling through to Washington.

The price was a little more than we are used to paying for this type of room, but the remodel was very nice there.

Room was very spacious and clean. Nothing fancy but met our needs and I would stay here again. The front desk and housekeeping staff was wonderful.
