The front desk man was super nice and friendly. When I asked for a bottom room and was told that they could not promise me one. When I check in the guy at the front said you wanted the highest floor that you could get, right. He was joking. He gave my grandson and I a bottom floor room. I was impressed with the motel. It was clean. Spacious room and a great view of the lake. The room had everything that we needed. Bed was comfortable. The pillows were so nice. I meant to ask where they got them, but was in a rush in the morning to get to my grandson baseball tournament. If we are down there again I will definitely stay there.

This is where we stay each year when we come out for the car show. The rooms are always clean and a cute little view of the lake right outside our suite. Sure you could pay a bit more and get a free breakfast, etc. somewhere else, but the price here is very good and logistics wise, it's near everything.

The coffee pot had not been cleaned it a while. There was liquid (old coffee) in the pot and it had mold on it but we had already brought our own mini travel coffee maker so it didn't matter but it was a surprise to see that as we have never in the years we've been coming here had anything to complain about.

The front desk was very friendly and gave us some good laughs and we loved the lakeview from the room. The rooms are not super fancy, but they are clean, and it is an affordable place to stay if you are not expecting a bunch of amenities. I also felt safe. The hotel is away from the main streets and kind of in a residential neighborhood, but you can see the freeway from the balcony. I always worry about what type of people will be lingering around parking lots at hotels, but I wasn't worried here.

The water in the shower is temperamental. It would go hot cold at times which is probably from other users using water at the same time. I don't mind this as long as there was hot water and there was. I have stayed at a couple expensive hotels where there was no hot water at all.

Great location right off Fwy, if you are on a road trip. Close to several morning coffee and breakfast locations. We had a very comfortable king size bed with a lovely view of the lake. We were pleasantly surprised not to hear a ton of fwy noise.

Bathroom could use some updates and nicer soaps etc. You could tell that back in its day it was probably very nice. Now just a bit dated. I think this establishment is more in the $80 price range.

The room was big, clean, quiet with a nice view of the lake. Comfortable bed. I’ve driven past it for years and was happy to finally have an opportunity to stay.

Booking a room could have been easier, but upon talking with the manager I clearly understand the challenges and will have an easier time of it next time.

Very clean rooms; decent shower pressure. I was upstairs so no one overhead. There was plenty of space for my cooler and bicycle that I didnt' want to leave on my car. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. It was very nice to have fridge, coffeemaker, etc. These are all the things that matter; fancy or the most up-to-date furnishings are not important to me.

I definitely heard the freeway. Luckily my earplugs worked well enough and it was kind of white noise when I wanted to sleep. If I'd spent any amount of waking time in the room it might have annoyed me, but I didn't

This adorable hotel is totally underrated! The room was top notch clean, the bed was comfortable and the decor is much cuter than how it is portrayed in the photos online. Every room has a beautiful view of the lake. Guest service was really good as well. We felt safe here and were very pleased at how quiet it was for a Friday evening. Will definitely stay here again!

I stayed here with my son for a basketball tournament. I had read some negative reviews about the lake but I didn’t find that at all. My room was steps away from the lake and the greenery. There was easy backdoor access and large bay windows. A wonderfully serene view. The room was clean, had a larger mini refrigerator so our food/beverages easily fit, microwave, nice coffee set-up, and the little touches in the bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, make-up remover, hair dryer….The man at the front office was very polite and sociable when I was checking in. The location was perfect for both function (getting to/from the NW Sports Hub) and relaxation (the lake). The price was very competitive as well.

Awkward road location off the freeway. Could be confusing if you haven't been there before but not the motels fault. Miss the breakfast that they used to serve pre covid.

The staff is very nice and accommodating and answer any questions or concerns you may have. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. All you needed.

The stairways aren't covered, and in Washington that is always a little more of a concern, especially when it has been raining and they are wet, or slightly frozen. Would be nice to have covered ones for safety, especially for the older customers.
