Easily accessible from I-5, with good walkable fast-food options for dining. Friendly desk clerk, always a plus! My room was basic amenities, clean and comfortable. Great value for the rate I paid. At check-in I was offered a room with more features at a higher rate but I declined.

Coffee available in the room was generic hotel variety, very weak! The drive-thru stand adjacent to the property offers a better variety for those among us who would prefer a bolder jolt in the morning, but that is not included with the price of the room and would require appropriate attire. I know, seems like not a big deal, but it kind of is.

They held my room, even though I arrived later than expected. I parked right in front of my room, and the internet was sufficient for e-mail and a bit of work. The local Safeway was within a mile.

There was some train noise, but I suspect all the hotels in Chehalis get some train noise. The iron leaked badly--that was troublesome for pressing work wear.

We like how clean, spacious and comfortable our room was. Also, the quiet and safety place this hotel is, even when is located close to the I-5. In general its location is perfect, with accessibility to the town, restaurants, groceries stores, gas stations, parks and entertainments. The parking lot is well illuminated, with vigilant cameras, the room access is easy too. The price is totally affordable and right for what you received.

We could find anything to complain.

Very clean and well maintained - inside and out. The jacuzzi bathtub was so relaxing after a long day hiking and driving. Walking distance to a few restaurants. This is an older motel but we found it to meet our needs perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

No complaints or suggestions for improvement.

The property is located right off the freeway but had none of the freeway noise. We were close to everything we needed in our trip! We needed our room a little early and the staff was very accommodating with that need!

We had trouble with our toilet continuing to run once flushed. The management was quick to respond and fix. Very accommodating!

Chehalis launch pad for bicycling the Willapa Hills Trail. Perfect location, clean room, friendly staff, and a huge jacuzzi tub that my tired muscles really appreciated after 4 days bicycling the area. Bonus - the STP group ride 1000+ cyclists quizzed past the hotel Saturday morning.

The staff was kind and helpful. The kindness was well received and welcomed.

The water temperature is low. When taking a shower the water was luke warm, even when turned up. We attempted taking showers at different times of the day/night to take into consideration of neighbors, but the water was barely warm.

The room was spotless. The clean scent permeated the room space. The location was wonderful. The owners were thoughtful, present and the entire place showed pride of ownership. The bathroom had been redone recently. The proximety of car-to-room was fantastic - we were able to park right outside the door. The heat worked well, the TV was nice. We had a room with 2 queen beds and there was a lot of space to stretch out.

The beds were okay, but could have been a little more comfortable. The bedspread was sliky and felt a little odd next to my skin. Pretty sure that was to remove stains easily though. The freezer inside the room fridge was frozen over, There were a couple dusty nooks and crannies in the bathroom - but overall, the room was MUCH better than some I've stayed in - and we paid a lot less than the room was worth - in my opinion. Comperable rooms were going for significantly more.

Close to stores coffee and easy access to freeway! I liked parking right in front of my room also!

Room had kinda old or wet dog smell to it. Not terrible but there. The Velcro in the bedding was a little uncomfortable.
