The room was very clean, pleasant, and comfortable. The pool (and jacuzzi)was very nice, "not cold", and clean. They allowed my grandchildren to visit me and use it (once). I asked them of course. We had a wonderful time. The food was decent plentiful varied and of, good quality (although it was sometimes lukewarm). That was my only mild complaint (not a deal-breaker) because I like my food hot.

Breakfast room was clean. Our room was very nice the bed a little hard, but the king room was nice, very clean. No table or chairs to eat at as stated in the room description. The place is very clean & has been recently been completely updated with very nice finishes.

We rented the hotel B’cruz it had an indoor pool & spa, it was not working the 5 days we were there. The food that was to B served from 6:30-9: am. But no one made sure that the eggs & meat was there to eat. After waiting 15 mins we asked when it might B filled oh we need to cook more so another 30 mins later at 8:55 they brought food for others waiting for food. The first night after we had been out all day we came back to find we were locked out of room, had to go to front desk to have it fixed.

The room was very clean and of high quality. Pillows were excellent and not crazy soft to where your head sinks all the way to the mattress. We like good support pillows. Breakfast was nice. Didn't get to enjoy the pool or hot tub though. Maybe next time.

Not enough towels and had to ask for more, but the front desk gal was very nice about it. Wish swimming pool hours had an adults only, late night timeframe.

The room was recently renovated, very clean and comfortable. The inside didn't match the outside and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff was very pleasant, polite and helpful.

Breakfast wasn't good. Very little options for nutritional food. They had twinkies, hostess cupcakes and brownie bites, which are nice treats, but not what I like for breakfast. Coffee ran out, so I got coffee and breakfast someplace else. Plenty of coffee shops really close by.

This property was very nice. The rooms were super quiet. Facilities were nice - breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The bed was comfortable and TV worked great. No issues with Internet but wish they had more secure passwords (We didn't attach any of our computers to it for this reason).

The light+exhaust fan in the bathroom was ridiculously loud. No way to have the light on without the fan also on. The toilet was loose.

Room was freshly redone and very clean. Employees were all friendly and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable, and linens and towels looked brand new. The TV only offered streaming services, but that was fine with me. Nice closet/clothing storage area. All in all a clean, comfortable stay in an economy hotel.

Missing spindle on toilet paper roll, and light switch plates in bathroom could have used a little wipe down. Everything else was very, very clean.

I appreciated the excellent staff, decent breakfast, and laundry room.

I noted the elevator seemed to need a lot of maintenance. There was an annoyingly loud fan in the elevator and on my second day a floor elevator call button was stuck pressed. This caused repeated delays and malfunction of the elevator.

Friendly staff and comfortable bed, There was no noise from neighbours, but a bit from the traffic, Breakfast was ok, cereal, pastries, eggs, sausage, waffles - same as most hotels. I would stay again.

The fan in the bathroom was very loud and was attached to the light, would be great if there were separate switches, apart from that no complaints.

The staff is great!

I visit my daughter every couple of months and I also stay here. I enjoy the hotel. Over the last 6 months the price has gotten so high that I can no longer afford to stay at this hotel. I know new management has taken over and done renovations and that’s great but the price is over $100 more than it used to be for the weekend.

It ain't the Ritz but it's clean and comfortable with a great shower. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We traveled with a small dog, which was welcome at the hotel, and there was a nice park-like area behind which was great for our little guy. Good location too, near the freeway.

A bit of noise from the highway but the room was very quiet.
