The hotel is clean with a decent breakfast. I love the location because it is very convenient and comfortable to get to the lake. The view from the rooms is lovely. You can see Limone across the lake, and you can see all the different watersport activities taking place. The staff is very hospitable and happy to help you with what you need. I love that they are dog-friendly. I have a big dog, an Alaskan Malamute, and the staff is very welcoming. I love the laid-back chill vibe it has.

The hotel coffee at breakfast is not very good. I would recommend just going downstairs and ordering a coffee from the hotel lobby; it is much better. It is worth paying the extra euro for it. I would have liked a stronger AC unit as the room can get a bit warm for me, but I am one of those people who like a cold room.

We received a free upgrade to "Double Room With Balcony and Partial Lake View" and we received a modern and very nice room. The original standard room looks the same in the picture, but no balcony and smaller window. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. We didn't have time to enjoy the swimming pool, but the area looks very nice; also the terrace with the view over the lake. The hotel offers a secured bicycles' storage room, being one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and many fresh fruits and vegetables.

The bathroom is not properly ventilated and there are already signs of mold on the ceiling, which is pity considering the overall accommodation appearance and comfort. A bit too isolated for some. Check out is too soon at 10AM.

Beautiful view of the lake from the room. Breakfast was good variety. Pool area is nice as well. Staff was friendly and did me a favor by blowing up balloons and hanging them along with a happy birthday banner in the room to surprise my boyfriend for his bday!! (I brought the things and they did it for me) very nice and much appreciated!

Jacuzzi in the spa area needs to be cleaned a bit better and spa area needs a little maintenance but it’s nice and good if you just want to relax. Sauna was nice.

The selection for breakfast was huge, but the quality did not reach Italian standards. They have better brioche, fruit and of course coffee on every corner.

Great location and customer service. Rooms very spacious and clean. Air condition units worked really well. Very good breakfast.

Parking lot. Very tight and complicated to get in and out.

Friendly staff, perfect location for public transport. Food was amazing. Beautiful view of the lake. Pool and spa facilities were really relaxing. Will definitely be back next year!
